“Hi, great service, fast and well organised, but, when the box arrived on my doorstep, it looked like it had been used as a football, even the delivery man was a bit concerned, your service was great but maybe have a word to the company that looks after delivering your goods.”

“Everyone was great! Like most, I was in a rush to get it done for a fundraising event I was holding and left it until the last week to get the pens done as I was waiting on some artwork. Pens arrived in plenty of time and were fantastic to enhance our table!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the help I received from Express Promo. A client had a last-minute placement in an expo and Express Promo helped me out when no others could the turnaround was in 3 days (that includes receiving the pens), The quality was exceptional, and I would like to thank them and the extremely helpful staff, who literally came to my rescue to have a promo item to give away. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend their products and service.”

“Express promo was at getting my order completed in plenty of time to be delivered for my event, however, the carrier has still not delivered it and my event is on Friday (31st of May Wednesday today). I ordered on the 9th of May. So fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow. Aramex is a minus 5-star rating. Change courier companies they are going to give you a bad rep! It has been sitting in Townsville since the 22nd of May and hasn't moved from there. And yes, I have called them. unfortunately, I can't rate the product because I haven't seen it yet :(”

Hi Kaye, I have just looked into this and it looks like you have been in contact with Abbie who is following up with the courier. I am very sorry for the delay. Over 2 weeks for delivery is definitely not a normal occurrence. We will be in contact as soon as we have more information from the courier. Tiff
