“The product was good but don't bother paying for express shipping as shipping can not be guaranteed even after added payment for express is paid. Our delivery arrived as the conference was closing.”

“Western Australia buyers beware. If you need this in a hurry I would say choose another option. Express shipping is offered and charged, (which we paid for) however it is road freight. You might get it in time, you might not. We did not.”

Hi Samantha, I have just had a look through your order details and I can see that there was quite some back and forth between you and our Customer Care team about whether or not to add express shipping as our team clearly stated it can not be guaranteed so you were debating whether to add it or not. I am so sorry this has happened. For your reference, our free regular freight is approx 10 business days from us to Perth (this is sent with Aus Post or Aramex) so the TNT Road Express is actually still quite a lot quicker. The pens are on board for delivery today which is 1 day later than our team estimated. Tiffany.
