“I am absolutely horrified by the entire process and deeply disappointed in EZ Living Interiors. I truly believed they were a reliable furniture store selling high-quality products, but my experience has proven the opposite.
I purchased a Dynamo sofa for 2500Euro that began showing problems after only one week of normal use. The fabric loosened, the seat began sagging, and the technician who visited my home personally told me that the sofa needed additional filling and that he would note this in his report. He even asked if I would sign the report if it stated there was no manufacturing fault, which I refused — because a sofa needing repair after one week is clearly a quality issue.
Despite this, I was later told that the technician’s report claims “no fault was found” and that a box was “ticked” confirming my acceptance — even though I never saw the report, never signed anything, and was never shown any document. When I requested to see the report they are using to deny responsibility, I was told it is “for internal use only.” This is extremely concerning and completely lacks transparency.
To make sure the sofa should not show these issues I personally visited multiple EZ Living store branches. Staff in every branch confirmed that this is not normal and advised me to contact customer support — yet customer support keeps shutting me down with different excuses and refusing to stand by their responsibilities.
EZ Living Interiors is refusing to accept accountability for a product that clearly has defects, and they are handling the situation in a way that feels dismissive and unfair. The inconsistent explanations, refusal to share the technician’s report, and lack of transparency are simply unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EZ Living Interiors and strongly advise others to be cautious.”
“Worse place to get Furniture out. They are Falsely Claiming They are going to press charges on you when Edinburg police department was notified and said this case is Civil. Got Our Attorney. Lawsuit on the way.”
“We bought a round dining table for 4 that can extend to accommodate 6 people. It is laminated wood & while is not overly expensive we still paid €622. We were not told when buying it that if a small amount of water got into the joins on the table the laminate would lift & crumple laminate. It’s not even a year since we bought it! The response from customer service was unsatisfactory saying it could not be repaired & that water damage was not included in the warranty. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture from this store.”

“Very poor quality furniture and dreadful aftercare service. Their 10 year warranty on furniture is not worth the paper it’s written on! Paid eur1000 for a chair which the frame broke after a couple of years and they would not repair or replace even though we were told the chair had a 10 year structural guarantee (and it’s advertised on their website) Shoddy workmanship and misleading information by staff and on website. Avoid if you want durable, long lasting furniture!”
“Horrendous experience with this EZ Living shop. I do not recommend. Mind their complete non-refund policy. Bought the mattress there on Friday for collection on Tuesday. When arrived to collect on Tuesday discovered that the wrong size was ordered (clearly miscommunication between me and shop assistant as we were discussing 4 foot mattress, while talking about 3 foot price). This was a genuine mistake, mattress was not collected and I asked for a refund so I could go and shop for my size mattress elsewhere. Turns out they give no refunds, only store credits, which I do not need. They considered my situation as "change of mind" and were completely unsympathetic to the mistake, sticking to their "terms and conditions", which I only received after paying for the mattress. Company suffered no loss whatsoever due to this genuine mistake but refused to meet customer request for a refund. I am not stuck with their store credit and can't find the mattress their within my budget. Unethical company that I would avoid at all cost in future”
“Bought furniture from EZliving Swords. As we have a handle that broke, we got to call customer service and asked them for a replacement.
You might think its EZ(easy) to get anything done? Well, you are wrong.

“A joke stone walled at every level they send a tech out and he will always go with the store I'd a sofa with a stain sent a guy out with a hair dryer or 50 euro store credit ...never buy from them it's a scam also had a bench delivered with stains no packaging dent in the top and they steam it out ..will not refund it for me I e never used it can't sell it paided 850 euro they are fighting with me on email same woman all the time .I'm now going to court no good will at all with this company ...when u ring it's we send out a technician and he will be byist with the store so it's unfair .”
“We bought a coffee table from EZ Living in Tullamore. It arrived damaged. The table top was broken. The break exposed the make up of the table. Rather than being robust and solid it was made from thin sheets of veneered plywood with empty space in between. Really flimsy. We contacted EZ Living immediately and were refused a refund by their customer service dept who seem unwavering in their battle against the customer. Really bad quality furniture back up by abysmal after sales service.”
