“Samples arrived fast. Product looks like it's very good quality. We were trying to buy it online. Unfortunately advertised price, for the product we wonted, differ from the one you finally must pay when at checkout.”

“Was very impressed with the range of flooring and finishes available - should be something for everyone. Requested a sample which arrived less than 24 hours later and having placed an order on Sunday, was contacted at 9.06hrs on Monday to arrange delivery. Excellent service!”

“Free samples received very quickly . Would like slightly bigger to get more of an idea of the changes to the wood . Would be happy to pay a small fee for larger size :)”

“Within just a short time of ordering the flooring online we received a phone call to discuss a convenient time to take delivery. That delivery is tomorrow but have no reason to expect anything other than exactly what level of service we have already had.”

“Website was easy to view, and the sample arrived very quickly. A great bonus that you offer free samples on free delivery. However, your response emails are rather TOO impersonal - “goods will be delivered kerbside...” it was an envelope! Lol. Unfortunately, it turned out to be sheet vinyl and I’m looking for tiles, but thank you for your good service.”

“Goods delivered on time. The website is still a little tricky to get right regarding the delivery of items though.”
