“We order the click luxury vinyl click an excellent product, totally pleased with it.... But be very cautious when you are asking for standard delivery you could be waiting all day for arrival as in my case. In this day and age it takes only few minutes to coordinate / SMS delivery time window further more in my case the delivery person had an attitude problem and showed no courtesy. I would strongly urge to the management to use professional delivery couriers to deliver their products.”

“extremely disappointed with the whole experience. We purchased 3 packs of Aqua Waterproof flooring and when the experienced fitter attempted to join 2 strips end to end they would not connect. This was also attempted at a local established flooring company again to the same end they would not connect and were clearly defective. This was videoed and sent to the company who maintained there was no fault and charged us for the delivery and collection .I would be extremely sceptical about purchasing anything from Factory Direct Flooring as the items I received were 100% defective as the video evidence clearly displayed.”

Dear Sian John, Upon receiving the returned items, as we shown in our email to you and the photos above, there was no defect found on the side or the end joints. We did manage to get them together without an issue. You did say you were going to forward us a video of the installer attempting to fit them, this is also mentined in your reveiw but we have not received it from you as yet. As a goodwill gesture, we did refund you for the opened pack and it was clear to see that someone had attempted to fit it, providing that the installation guide is followed and the subfloor is adequately prepared the joints click into place perfectly. If you would like to forward us the video you mention in your review, we will happily look at it for you and offer our professional opinion as to why you had an issue.

“Easy to deal with and changed items last minute before dispatch. Third time I have used this firm and they are reliable”

“I purchased the 12mm Vintage pure black flooring. It came very well package. Although it was well packed, one pack got damaged. The after sales were excellent and replaced it without quibble. The floor looks superb and much more high end than the price suggests. A very good experience when dealing with Rizzi - well done you guys!!”

“I found their service very good. It seemed that I had hardly placed the order and they were on the phone to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived on time and was well packaged, particularly the ends,”

“Thank you for the free samples. It has helped us make the decision not to go with such a hard material.”

“The service has been first class, the samples came very quickly, just waiting to place an order with your company after my colleague have checked out your website in terms of how much of the material I need to order. I intend to order the PRESTIGE GLOSS BLACK GREY OAK, IT'S A SHAME IT'S NOT IN LIGHT GREY so far the service has been outstanding I would love to speak with some one about a bulk order. I will be in touch shortly, as soon as I have spoken to my colleague.”

“Products are good, but the delivery charge is not good. Didn't buy in the end, just couldn't justify the £30 charge to deliver.”

“excellent service. contacted me almost immediatley after I placed the order to arrange delivery. delivered with 48 hours. The vinyl is excellent a little weak so it damages easily but this is to be expected as it is cushioned. The viny is great value, I could not find anywhere else selling this product at this price. I picked the design because its very easy to colur match and the orientation of the off cuts does not effect the pattern matching. overal great product and great service. They even cut the Vinyl to the sizes I needed.”
