Stay away from this company and trailmaster. 4 seat go cart wiring went up in smoke first time driving. After months of one sided communications, and their best extended warranty I’m left with a piece of Chinese junk

Got 2 quads from them... both were sebt with missing parts and bad batteries . Asked for the parts to hold the tires on that were missing and new batteries and they told me to get them myself. Or I can pay to have them sent back. If they sent them with missing parts, then they should pay for the shipment back and be more thrn happy to refund us the money for the missing oarts we paid for ON TOP of the price of the quad. And should also offer us NEW batteries instead of having to keep the ones that were bad

I purchased an ATV online which included free shipping. Once the order was complete i recieved a call a few days later saying i needed to pay another $200 on top of the $500 i already paid. I was told because i live in New York i had to pay more because of shipping costs even though shipping was free and their website states no such thing., I ended up cancelling the order.

Do not buy anything from these people. I spent $2700 on a XRX Trailmaster go cart and have had a continuing rear brake caliper assembly problem. All I have gotten is an email run around for over a week. I have done everything their emails have asked me to do and have the same problem. I know the issue is a bad rear brake caliper assembly (piston sticks). I asked to talk to a live person and all you get from their inconsiderate phone people is send another email. No one in tech will talk to you personally. I know they are just waiting to tell me that my extended (purchased for extra money) warranty has expired and I am on my own. BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their website suggests they are Godly but they are anything but. When I bought this thing, they were happy to talk to me and take my money. Now no one will talk to me. I was looking at Go Carts USA and these people (and in particular the owner of FamilyGoKarts) assured me I would have good follow up service and so I believed him. My mistake I should have gone with Go Carts USA. They have help me with little issues with a live conversation and I never even bought the cart from them. Need I say more as to who you should spend your hard dollars with. One last comment. Their telephone answering people are the most inconsiderate, arrogant and condescending people you can imagine to talk to if you ask for some live person to help you. ALL YOU GET IS SUBMIT AN EMAIL REQUEST. Once you have a request number you can then send more emails.

I want to warn people from using FamilyGoKarts.com. We have had a frustrating experience with them, as they don’t seem to be a reputable business. A quick summary: We ordered an electric ATV (Sonora Model) for $470 on December 8th, 2018. This was to be a Christmas present for my children. Originally, it was to be delivered on Dec 20th, but the truck driver supposedly “forgot to put it on the truck”, and so it wasn’t delivered until Dec 27th. We charged up the battery, and then tested it out. It seemed to work fine for 20 minutes, but it then started lurching and not driving properly. They had me test the battery, then determined that the controller was bad. They shipped me a new one, but it came in a larger box that necessary, with NO padding, and NO instructions. When I requested instructions, the technician basically said “just replace it”. When I continued asking for instructions, he finally sent a 2-year old document that wasn’t even for the model I had, and some of the controller’s connectors were labeled in Chinese (which of course the document didn’t cover.) I finally decided to return the product, since we weren’t getting anywhere, and at that point the owner said I was responsible for return shipping. When I called Saia for a quote, they said it would be $674! To return it to Texas was $383 (where the unit originally shipped from). After complaining, the owner mentioned he had a discount with Saia, for “only” $199, and that due to their generous nature, they would waive the $169 “restocking fee”. So, if you want to take a chance and order from them, and it gets damaged in shipping or stops working immediately, you will be on the hook for at least $199, and maybe another $169 if they don’t feel particularly generous that day. So you could be out $368 of your $470 purchase. We are going to file complaints with the BBB and dispute the charge with our credit card company.

SCAM! GO ELSEWHERE! BEWARE! Customer service is a joke! Product received broke 2 days after Christmas. Sent an email. Was asked to upload pics. I did. Waited a month for a response. Had no idea I had uploaded pics and asked me to again. I told them I did. Waited and received questions like "why did you take this pic?" Ummm, it's a wheel in my hand that broke off?! Called today, lady answering the phone was one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to. Refused to put the person I was requesting to talk to on the phone and then hung up on me. A month and a half, no resolve, broken dune buggy. Was MORE that friendly when I was placing a 3k order....liar and used car salesman. STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!!!!!

Purchased 2 tao tao hellcats. Don't waste your or money they are gonna send you damaged products guaranteed. Then give you the run around send you the wrong parts then you end up just saying screw it and filing a complaint with the BBB and requesting a refund. This company is a joke.
