Not up front delivery charges from the website. After I submitted an order and someone called me to tell me additional delivery charges. Not good. Bad support. I asked for touch up paint due to scratches during transport and never receive it.

Horrible company absolutely horrible I tried to make a purchase on a vitacci rocket 150cc not only did it take 3 days and constant calls making sure my payments went through on the 3 day they said they cancelled my order under the premise I couldn't afford it when I had more then enough money in my account. BUY FROM THERE COMPETITOR never even touch this companies website.

DO NOT BUY! SCAM. Purchased "new" scooter. Came destroyed and not working. I clearly signed the BOL "damaged" and sent proof and notified you in under the 3 days necessary. I sent over detailed pictures and videos with a written description of damage. I did everything owner and website says. Owner and staff hangs up on you and does not answer any direct questions. I had to contact police Call the local Sheriff and report the incident on phone take 5 mins or less Tx 320-422-7800 Dispatch and Sheriff explained they are aware of the issues and getting alot of calls. Owner of company appears to be an Jeff Backer Minnesota State Representative And is the rep of the town the business is in. Give MN Attorney General an email also, ag.replies@ag.state.mn.us

HORRIBLY RUDE . IM NOT SURE IF BEING RUDE IS APART OF THE COMPANY'S POLICY TO WORK THERE , BUT GOOD GOD THEY ARE HORRIBE !! like I would literally fight the lady if I saw her in the streets .

They are an awful company to deal with. They sent us some cheap China go cart that that is dangerous and it's taken over 4 months to deal with and they refuse to send us a shipping label for their garbage products. RUN!

BUYER BEWARE! After ordering, they call you to add a delivery surcharge! They already hit you for “residential delivery fee” then “lift gate service” unless you happen to have your own forklift to get a 300lb crate off their truck. After all that, they charge nearly $200 “access charge”. They slip this in on the shipping page. When they call for delivery, the shipping company only drops the crate at the curb. If you live rural, they will not drop at your house, only at the street and you get to figure out how to move the crate or do your oil change on the side of the road so you can crank it and drive it up. When I spoke to Stacy (the supposed manager) in customer service, she’s get an attitude of “well, its being delivered to the address so take it up with the shipping co.” All she wants to do is talk over you. No service skills whatsoever. These folks are scammers! I’ll update after delivery to see if the ATV even works or not.

I did not receive the product I ordered and I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails regarding this issue and the only response I’ve received is I can pay to have the item shipped back. No one has addressed the issue that they sent me a totally different go kart then the description of what I purchased but they want to charge me hundreds of dollars to send it back. Zero communication and lack of customer service. Description clearly states it has F-N-R the one I received has no reverse(photo of description attached). They told me when I inquired about this issue that the particular item I bought does not come with reverse. False advertisement.

Everything negative stated by previous customers is true. Received a go Kart that will not run. Immediately submitted service ticket as required. Several days later Jeff Backer requested videos to help diagnose issue. After submitting and resubmitting countless videos over six weeks I have not received one piece of advice or suggestion. I have only gotten 2 response emails requesting more info or better videos. When I asked to speak with Customer Service, I was told everything must go through Support, but they do not respond. The last email I sent was 12 days ago and still have heard nothing. 3 carburetors later and still not working, Motobuys is the much better choice.

After placing an order, the next day I got a call saying that there is an additional charge of $250 for the access fee that needs to be applied to the order. This is how they catch customers by posting free shipping and after an order is placed trying to add additional fees. On their website, it does not say anything about additional fees after the order is placed. I canceled the order and will not buy from them anymore.

Horrible customer service. Buy from the competitor. They are an extortion company that can’t get you parts, can’t warranty and fix your item, you can go through the manufacture faster than dealing with these shady people. Not worth it!!

I’m so upset I’ve purchased the falcon 250cc automatic motorcycle I had the bike for over a month and a half trying to reach out to customer service and family go karts they will not reply back or help me with my situation I purchase the bike and it will not start now I have a brand new bike that I never drove that will not start and do not know what to do about the situation

They have the worst customer service. Jeff Backer (if that's even his real name) was a complete jerk after he received payment. They took the money, then advised they didn't have product or anything close for that matter. Then they called trying to get even more money for some "fee"..

***READ THIS REVIEW*** Famikygokarts is run by a polition that will absolutely burn you bad. The customer service is so rude! They do NOT back up the scooters they sell! Jeff Backer was the old mayor and currently the House representative of Minnesota, that there alone is a red flag for buyers! Look around also on offsite reviews. They burn so many people! Go shop somewhere else save yourself their aggravation! Their website states every product comes with a six month warranty the do not stand by! When you get a scooter and it has immediate engine problems a GOOD company should back that scooter up! They don't they blame the engine problem on you! All politicians are the same and that's why our country if so screwed up! Stay clear of this company! Not all families are honest especially a political family! Some people feed their family with hard work and families like this sell JUNK scooters and they just don't care! I've purchased other scooters from different companies who actually do back up their products and actually fix the problems that their scooters have! Famikygokarts talk badly about other companies and lie about them and a company that lies isn't a very good company! I purchased a scooter from Famikygokarts and it was the worst purchase I ever made! Stay Very clear from Famikygokarts! A family who has no problem robbing and burning other Americans should have their sales license taken away so they never do this to another person again! Buying any vehicle should be backed up fully but not every family is honest!

I wouldn't even give them one star!!!!!! I bought a scooter from them and I'm having issues. I can't ride it and it's been 4 days now. I've been trying to get in touch with them to no avail. They won't call me back. Don't buy from them!!!!!!! Their customer service sucks big time!!!!!!!

Ordered from them because they were a bit cheaper than other sites. Found out quickly the reason why. We received a text message two days after ordering that it was urgent we call them. They said a mandatory $169 "access fee" would be required on top of the "free shipping". I bet this works many times and results in a nice haul for them. But don't fall for it! Order from a reputable seller.

I had purchased an ATV for a Christmas present , it was used for about 10 hours and the exhaust manifold cracked and the unit is showing signs of rust. I cannot speak to anyone in the company ,they only communicate through email . I have called and emailed several times and they respond about a week later .This has been going on since January 17th . Jeff Backer had asked me for photos and a VIN # which i emailed him 3 times and I still have not heard back from them . When I did speak to Sally in the sales dept. she was extremely rude and she told me to send an email again! I have a $2,500 ATV siting in my garage that is not useable . I have never seen such poor customer service in my life for them to avoid me over and over again after I spent $2,500 is completely unacceptable .This company and its products are absolute garbage . Stay away from this company !!!!!!

After receiving my product and assembling it ,I ask about my upgrade kit and oil that was extra and had to pay for ,it was sent out 3 days later why so late don't know,when I received the kit it had two quarts oil that was differrent then the manual a spark plug wrong one and a can of chain lube,don't know why they sent the chain lube I have a drive shaft nd no chain?so far after two weeks and countless e-mails to support (JEFF) CANNOT get him to send the corrct UPGRADED SPARK PLUG or answer my two questions,so what is going to happen when I have a major issue going by this I will probally have to hire a lawyer,which I already talked to,this is just sorry support no excuse for ignoring a customer that spent a lot of money with them,I was going to buy a atv from them but not now, so beware buy from someone else,these people do not care about service after they sell you a product.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this company. Sales were very knowledgeable, it was all downhill from then on. Had a few defective parts on the kart when it was delivered. Company refused the cover replacing them. Sales team told me if anything was wrong the premium service package I purchased would cover all tech support. All tech support is done through e mail and the solutions they offer were unacceptable and unrealistic. Customer service is very RUDE. I was very patient with this purchase. It took 5 months to deliver the kart and 2 months to finally realize I was going nowhere with getting my brand new kart fixed. I am forced to purchase parts from someone else as they are unwilling to help.

Do not order from this company. They are horrible, dishonest, and rude. They sent me a damaged quad that was missing front shocks and hardware. First red flags were that they advertised military discount on their website but didn't honor that, free shipping and didn't honor that either. The ATV I purchased said "in stock" and they called and said they didn't have that model and sent a different one. When I received it I had to leave work and so I had to hurry and get back. Even with that, I took pictures of the damage on it and emailed it to them immediately because that's what they said to do and said not to refuse delivery. Their response was "you didn't write it on the bill of lading" oh I'm sorry, the delivery driver wasn't go to wait for me to uncrate it and assembly it to note all the deficiencies so I did what I could IMMEDIATELY. Upon assembly there was more damage, missing hardware and even the front shocks were missing. The response to that was "you can still assemble it without the front shocks" yeah cause that will work. All the other pictures of the damage were virtually ignored with the exception of the swing arm. It was used and the paint was literally falling and chipping off. Their answer for that was to buy paint, paint it send them a receipt up to $27. Well... paint is not going to stick to it because of the condition it's in so I'd need to remove it, sand it, and then repaint it. Do they care? Nope. They have blamed everything on the manufacturer... I'm sorry, but you're the one who sold this to me. I received this ATV on November 16, 2021 and they just told me the title will be another 3-5 weeks and that they ordered the shocks from the manufacturer and those will be another 3-5 weeks as well. So I have this scuffed, damaged paperweight sitting around when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my kids and cost over $1400 Do not do what I did and that's read the reviews AFTER purchasing. Take my word for it, you can order the same item from any other company online and receive better service. P.s. The reviews on their website are handpicked from a paid third party site. Zero Stars
