From my super helpful young assistant at the DFO Brisbane store track down the last pair of a favourite pair of shoes i was chasing that had been discontinued, she tracked them in Toowoomba, rang them, they held this was sunday. Monday morning customer service ring me to organise delivery from toowoomba to me in Brisbane, i had those shoes in my hands 2 days later, the process and sytem you guys have in place works and works well..
