“Unfortunately without the zip these shoes are really difficult to pu t on , I was meant to get the morely black boots (love these ones) but wanted to try a new style. I wish I got the morely blackboots they are my staple and amazing!”

“Love the shoe I purchased, however the sole cracked through on the left sole, need a replacement asap. So went to Pacific Fair to exchange to find out the store no longer exists there. Sad 😞 So I now will need to cut it up and send photo to customer service, to receive a new pair. Despite this I DO love the company and there offerings. It has always been a go to for me at pac fair. “Disappointingly I have still not received my order and will probably not receive it before I need it….. ordered on 5th December today is the 15th and still not here…. Aus Post issues. Not sure I will be ordering on line again.”

“I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $15.95 to return my shoes back (due to wrong fit) plus pay for a bag as well. You should charge less for this service. It is too expensive.”

We know the price can be an inconvenience, so we offer free returns in store and we recently welcomed RefundID to our website. If you return via RefundID, depending on your location and weight of the items, shipping costs might be lower than Australia Post's rates.
