“I haven't shopped at Famous Footwear in a while but I bought 3 pairs of shoes online based on previous experience. The quality has really dropped off since the last time I shopped with them and if I'd shopped in store I would have left empty handed. I haven't returned any of the shoes because apparently they have to be taken in store for a refund and the closest is over 100km away. The prices are great but manage your expectations because you certainly get what you pay for.”

Our records show your parcel was dispatched from our Gold Coast distribution center on the 23rd of November, the same day the order was placed. “It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered and still waiting to receive the shoes. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from famous footwear online if you want your items in a hurry. Can’t comment on the shoes comfort, fit or style because I haven’t got them yet.”

“The calf width of your boots is too small and there’s not enough variety so I find the range not as inclusive as it could be. You might try alternative materials so that those with thicker calves also have options”

“Paid for delivery and it got sent to the post office because apparently famous footwear don’t deliver to houses through Australia Post (was told this by Australia Post employee) money wasted.”

“I had to return the shoes I bought online during lockdown. I didnt have the actual invoice just a copy of the email I was sent saying thank you for your purchase that also had the details of the shoes and the price I paid. The lady in the store (possibly the manager) asked if I had the actual invoice but I said I never received it. She was a bit abrupt and didnt believe me so she just put the refund through quite annoyed and dismissive and kept cutting me off when I spoke which was disappointing as I like the products you have.”

“The pair of shoes I bought, the right shoe is perfect the left is really tight and I can’t wear it. They were on special for $16 so I’m wondering if this was a flaw through all pairs. Anyway I won’t be wearing them.”
