“I haven't shopped at Famous Footwear in a while but I bought 3 pairs of shoes online based on previous experience. The quality has really dropped off since the last time I shopped with them and if I'd shopped in store I would have left empty handed. I haven't returned any of the shoes because apparently they have to be taken in store for a refund and the closest is over 100km away. The prices are great but manage your expectations because you certainly get what you pay for.”
