“The calf width of your boots is too small and there’s not enough variety so I find the range not as inclusive as it could be. You might try alternative materials so that those with thicker calves also have options”

“I had to return the shoes I bought online during lockdown. I didnt have the actual invoice just a copy of the email I was sent saying thank you for your purchase that also had the details of the shoes and the price I paid. The lady in the store (possibly the manager) asked if I had the actual invoice but I said I never received it. She was a bit abrupt and didnt believe me so she just put the refund through quite annoyed and dismissive and kept cutting me off when I spoke which was disappointing as I like the products you have.”
“The pair of shoes I bought, the right shoe is perfect the left is really tight and I can’t wear it. They were on special for $16 so I’m wondering if this was a flaw through all pairs. Anyway I won’t be wearing them.”

“I did not receive my order as Delivery was delayed through Australia Post and as I was in Hotel quarantine at the time of placing my order it arrived after I checked out. I sent numerous messages to Australia Post and tried calling them when they alerted me about the delivery delay but had no response. Very disappointed!!
FYI, I ordered parcels from other shops including Blue Bungalow and Orange Sherbet at the same time and these deliveries all arrived before our departure as they were using different delivery companies.

“Quality is terrible. Visible glue marks on $100 shoes. I ordered some knee high boots and the shoe fit was good but the calf width was way too big. Ive never ordered knee high boots that have had sizing like that before. Super dissapointed.”
