I had to send them back because they didn’t fit so it basically cost me $28 for postage very expensive to try on a pair of boots obviously I won’t be purchasing another pair from you

I ordered a size 8 pair of shoes. When my shoes arrived, I received a size 8 left pair and a size 9 right pair. I had to call my local stores to see who had a right size 8 pair so I can do a swap over. There were only 2 stores, the lovely lady at the city store offered a free pair of socks for the inconvenience. I was surprised and dissapointed with my order.

Unbelievably uncomfortable. Too tight at the front and the back of the shoe digs into the heel. Cause blisters all over.

Purchased size 5, but this was far too tight, foot wouldnt even go in. Returned it in store, no exchange for shoes available in store, had to purchase something else. Tried re-ordering a size 6 online, shoe doesnt come up. Not sure even a 6 will fit due to tightness of flap... I usually wear a size 5.

Terribly uncomfortable. Wasn’t even able to where them once as even putting them in was horrible. My last pair from here were my favourite shoes so not sure what’s changed

I ordered three pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids on the 18th of march, it’s now the 31st of march and I’ve still yet to receive them. They look like they’re lost in the mail. I really hope when and if they arrive they’re not damaged

FF has some great shoes on offer, however the returns policy is disappointing compared to other online shoe retailers such as Styletread. I was excited about my recent shoe purchase, but unfortunately when they arrived, the style was too big and chunky for my small feet. I had already paid $10.00 postage to receive the shoes, and it cost me another $13.95 to return them via Aust Post. At the end of the day I'm $23.95 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Sadly, this rules me out for any future online shopping with Famous Footwear :-(
