“I bought these shoes online in August 2025 for $40, and the postage cost me $12.95. When they didn’t fit quite right I had to return them, paying $15.25 postage for the return as well. Ive spend a rediculous amount of money on postage back & forth, and I didn’t even end up with a pair of shoes I could keep. I will never buy shoes online from Famous Footwear again. Terrible terrible experience.”

“I ordered a size 8 pair of shoes. When my shoes arrived, I received a size 8 left pair and a size 9 right pair. I had to call my local stores to see who had a right size 8 pair so I can do a swap over. There were only 2 stores, the lovely lady at the city store offered a free pair of socks for the inconvenience. I was surprised and dissapointed with my order.”

“Purchased size 5, but this was far too tight, foot wouldnt even go in. Returned it in store, no exchange for shoes available in store, had to purchase something else. Tried re-ordering a size 6 online, shoe doesnt come up. Not sure even a 6 will fit due to tightness of flap... I usually wear a size 5.”
