“I have bought the Linney shoes twice now and I have returned them twice as the same fault has happened both times. I thought the issue would of been rectified as I left it for a while until I ordered them again, but obviously it hasn’t been. “Shoes sent out in horrible condition and one was faulty, asked for replacement was told they didn’t have in stock and wanted me to send pictures of shoe cut up in order to process a refund a few days later shoe in same size available online I asked for these to be sent I it and reply was that particular pair was a returned one so they aren’t in good condition (has marks on it) yet they were available online to be sold in that condition? Absolutely shocking customer service responses. Don’t buy from them unless you want average quality shoes and crapy customer service. The only thing about these guys are the shoes are dirt cheap.”

“Very disappointing, I’m a size 9 and the sandals I got were very tight even though they were elastic and were tighter on my left foot which is my smaller foot, can’t work that one out! The quality is poor and the size is inaccurate. Won’t purchase from famous again. Not for broad feet at all. Waste of money in postage”
