Got the boots and wore them once and the heel came loose...wouldn't recommend. Very poorly made.

The shoes got damaged with half a day of wearing it; it's too badly scratched, with must normal walking. Poor quality, Disappointed!

Paying postage both ways !!! Not happy ….. shoes were ridiculously narrow , I had to return them I ended up paying $23 postage and didn’t get a pair of shoes 😣 won’t be shopping with famous footwear again ! 🙁🙁🙁🙁

I am not happy with the delivery if I knew before it will take so long (over two weeks) I wouldn't buy online and I go to the shop instead. My hens party is this weekend and probably I can't use them

I wore the shoes once and the sole has spilt from the top strap. Not great quality and very disappointing.

Order number: 13129 I am not at all happy with the services, I placed an order for express delivery on Saturday(Dec 11th) to attend a ceremony on Wednesday(Dec 15th), I received an email post my ceremony on Thursday(Dec 16th) that my delivery has been delayed, my ceremony has passed, I had to deal with some real time challenges on my big day. Its Dec 17th today, I still dont have it, please take the product back, I donor need it, I am seeking full refund. You must see I am a regular customer, with dozen shoes from you. But this particular order just spoiled my entire dress look.

Came in to purchase shoes I liked and the attitude of the girl behind the counter was terrible i didn't purchase them from that store and bought them online instead

Purchased 2 pairs of heels that both snapped on the same day (I have a sit down desk job too!) went in store to get a new one and they told me they cannot help me

I have bought the Linney shoes twice now and I have returned them twice as the same fault has happened both times. I thought the issue would of been rectified as I left it for a while until I ordered them again, but obviously it hasn’t been. I was very disappointed with the quality of this shoe and will not recommend them to anyone.
