She went out of her way to look them up for me and found that there was a pair in my size in Cairns. She took my phone number and said that someone from the online team would phone me for my postage details. After dealing with many companies, I thought, ‘I doubt anyone will call me’. I received a call the next day, paid for the shoes on my card and revived them in less than a week.
