“The shoes were a little wide for me so I returned them to the Chermside store. The shop assistant, Ros, was very helpful. She located my online invoice for me. The refund was received that day. Great service. She's an employee to be proud of.”

“I bought the VAMOS gold wedges to wear on my wedding and I'm so please I did. Quick delivery, great fit and comfortable considering the height. The sole is very grippy too so I won't slip whilst dancing! Looking forward to wearing them on the day.”

“I have always had apositive experience with Fanous Footwear but this time it was exceptional. Terri Bloom went above and beyond to ensure the shoes I was wanting but unable to purchase online was able to be bough via manual purchase through the actual shop in store. She was so friendly and had great customer service. Overall the experience was easy, fast and very reliable. Not to mention that the shoes are great, well made and a good price.
