“Order number: 13129 I am not at all happy with the services, I placed an order for express delivery on Saturday(Dec 11th) to attend a ceremony on Wednesday(Dec 15th), I received an email post my ceremony on Thursday(Dec 16th) that my delivery has been delayed, my ceremony has passed, I had to deal with some real time challenges on my big day. Its Dec 17th today, I still dont have it, please take the product back, I donor need it, I am seeking full refund. You must see I am a regular customer, with dozen shoes from you. But this particular order just spoiled my entire dress look.”
