“These shoes were sadly too small for me, I returned them and had a smooth, seamless and very positive experience with FF. I have also bought another couple of pairs of shoes from FF recently and they have been dispatched very quickly and delivery happens without fault. They run a tight operation. These shoes looked gorgeous and I wish they had been a good fit for me, they were well made and appeared to be super comfortable.... FF are also very competitive on price, there isn't anything not to love about this company. Thank you.”

“Each visit in store I'm greeted by lovely, helpful staff and always leave with exactly what I was looking for. Online is even easier with in store exchanges/returns. Value for money is great also, what others sell for double the price I can find an alternative at Famous for much less.”

“User friendly site. Delivery was timely, change of size was no fuss in store. Came back on line and purchased again. Staff in store when I chanced the size for my daughter were very helpful and even offered to look lat other stores for me to purchase to find the right size. Well done team!!! Reccomended”

“So helpful!! I was shopping with my bridesmaids in store last week and could only get 1 pair of a particular shoe we needed so I contacted FF online and they were able to locate me the 2 other pairs of shoes I needed in the right size and colour and are organising to post them out to me. They got back to me so quickly aswell! So helpful thank you Priscila!”

“I have been a loyal customer to famous footwear for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I have my favourite heels which I can wear all night long, are comfortable, and flats that are stylish and comfy for any event. I also have been satisfied with customer service from help in store to exchanges or refunds. Most of my shoes are from famous footwear I absolutely love them.
