Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a credit note for online returns however this is something we are looking to provide in the future. Should you wish to swap for another style, we would suggest an exchange be requested instead.

“Amazing Customer service, a real credit to the teams at Famous Footwear. From my super helpful young assistant at the DFO Brisbane store track down the last pair of a favourite pair of shoes i was chasing that had been discontinued, she tracked them in Toowoomba, rang them, they held this was sunday. Monday morning customer service ring me to organise delivery from toowoomba to me in Brisbane, i had those shoes in my hands 2 days later, the process and sytem you guys have in place works and works well.. Hats of to you all, thank you for your amazing customer service and i i will say this was all for a $16 pair of price redcuced shoes, good customer service is across all price points.. Well done !!
