“I ordered a soccer jersey for my son. Usually at other online shops a order like this takes a week to fulfill, but fansidea products are manufactured out of USA. It takes them 2 weeks just to print them and another 2 weeks to ship them. A total of one month for a small order. There is no customer service. Dont order from them.”

“I placed an order on Feb. 25th, I paid an additional $15 for expedited 3-5 business day shipping. Today is March 7th and I have not received my order. The order status also hasn’t been updated. The status update still says, “order received.””
“if i could rate it a zero i would. this is truly the WORST experience i have had with a company. placed my order a month ago for an event upcoming. their website says 8-10 for processing. i waited and then when my order didnt ship i emailed them. no response. tried to call, phone number is not customer service. tried to live chat, no one answers. finally after i sent another email i get a response saying my order was being processed still even though it had been well over the 8 days. they told me it would be delivered by the 27th. its now the 22nd their website says 8-10 days as its coming out of the country. their customer service has given me NO answers as to where my order is or when its going to be shipped. i spent a lot of money on my order and was recommended by others but have truly never been so disappointed with a company and will not be referring them to anyone!”

“Very Unsatisfied!!!!! I ordered a custom jacket to come with my logo on it. I received a jacket with a picture of a tiger and some of my customizations. I reached out to customer support, I was told I had to pick the option to remove that image. There’s no option or directions to guide me to do so. After mentioning that I asked for the correct jacket, if not a refund. They sent me a email telling me to order a new jacket with only a %10 percent discount. I took screenshots of everything. I even tried to order again, there’s no option to remove the tiger image. It’s supposed to be a custom jacket, like the pictures that are advertised. I am unsatisfied with this purchase, I spent over $100 dollars on a jacket I can’t use.”

“I received my order within the expected time frame, so they get one star for that. I'll give them another star for the embroidery on the baseball jersey I ordered. And that's all the stars they get from me because 1) the quality of the jersey itself is awful, it's more like a dry fit shirt rather than a jersey, 2) the men's medium that I received was comparable to an XL, 3) and the colors were horrendously different than what was pictured, it was supposed to the tye dye design but looked more like a blob of paints smeared on a shirt. Terribly disappointing as this was a birthday present and now I have to scramble and find something else. Please don't waste your time or money on this company.”

“I had an abysmal experience with Fansidea that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service was beyond appalling, and their promise of providing a mock-up before the production of my order was a complete farce.
Prior to placing my order, I specifically requested a mock-up to ensure the accuracy of the product. The customer service representative assured me on December 8, 2023, that after placing my order, a mock-up would be sent for confirmation within 24 hours. I diligently followed their instructions, providing my order number promptly, but alas, silence ensued.
Despite my repeated follow-up emails inquiring about the mock-up, there was not a single response from Fansidea. Shockingly, on December 18, 2023, I received an email notifying me that my jacket had already been shipped! To add insult to injury, a mere four hours later, they had the audacity to reach out, stating they could help alter the mock-up – an offer that was rendered utterly useless since the package had already been dispatched.
This lack of communication, their failure to adhere to their own promises, and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are utterly unacceptable. The negligence displayed by Fansidea's customer service team is inexcusable. Their actions demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for customer concerns.
I strongly advise against using this company for any purchases. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer needs is simply intolerable. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and disappointment by steering clear of Fansidea. They have lost a potential 47 additional jacket orders and any positive recommendations from me.”
