I really wanted to like this company especially after reading the positive reviews and was excited to wear these jerseys to a special event with my partner. I placed my order more than a month in advance, thinking that would be plenty of time since their website clearly says 8–10 business days for delivery. That’s just false advertising to get you to buy.
Not only did the jerseys not arrive, we ended up spending over $80 and went empty-handed. The whole thing was a waste.
Customer service was polite, but completely useless. They offered no help, no solutions, and worst of all no refund, even though the order is more than three weeks late.
This was a huge disappointment and a terrible experience. Do not trust the shipping estimates. You could be waiting months with no recourse. Save your money and avoid the stress. I will never order from here again.”

“I ordered a jersey for my nephew and it took way too long to receive. When I saw the delay I requested to cancel the order and was told there would be a restocking fee. I then ordered another custom jersey from sportsgearswag, a week and half later, which came in time for my nephews bday. And it was from the USA. Fansidea was coming from China. Do not recommend this company.”

“Company policies are one sided not a surprise. I will not be purchasing their product in the future. Paid for expedited shipping for my son’s birthday present. After not receiving my order I had to email support to be told that production time is 2-3 weeks regardless of expedited shipping. Transparency would be helpful in deciding when to spend your hard earned money and knowing you won’t receive what you paid for until “x” amount of time, don’t you agree? Can you imagine walking in to order food only to be told after you paid that with the production time you won’t get your meal until 1 month from now? That’s laughable right?
The company statement that the surprising gift will never be late is a lie. So stop saying it.”
“Paid for expedited shipping and package still took close to a month. I asked to have the expedited cost waived since the wording was not in fact 3 to 5 business days and was completely ignored. When I did get the package, the material is so cheap and I was extremely disappointed in paying just over $60 for something so worthless I'm 100% I could have found something far more better at Walmart. I've already sent this review in directly to the emailed survey that was requested and of course they have ignored and not even considered offering some sort of compensation.”
“I have been ordering from Fansidea two years now and have given them other business from other clients. The last two seasons I’ve ordered there have been mistakes in Jerseys. They gave me a three dollar credit once and told me they take care of me on my next order. So I told him I was ordering jerseys but I would be ordering them a couple days apart. To make a long story short two jerseys that were ordered on September 11 still have not been shipped and all my other jerseys received late and two jerseys I’m still waiting for. My season will be over in my new guys are still without jerseys. They gave me a bunch of excuses why I did not get my jerseys and then they stopped talking to me . I don’t recommend this company and I’ll never buy them again”
“I wasn't going to write a review because I can't normally be bothered, but because they insist on harassing me via email after I unsubscribed, I am going to share my experience. To give a little background I only needed two jerseys made, not enough for a team. In their section for additional comments I wrote "please let me know if it is possible to get before July 14th". Obviously I needed it for this date otherwise I would have gone with another option. Conveniently I got an email from Phoebe, L which was the sales supervisor who said the jerseys wouldn't be ready for that date, but instead would be ready a couple days after. I ordered these jerseys 3 weeks prior to when I actually needed them which means the most certainly could have arrived on time (keep in mind it was only two jerseys). She then said if I wanted the jersey on time I would have to pay an additional $15USD. After I agreed because I was desperate to have them arrive on time and she knew that, she sent me an additional email asking for $20USD now. Which leads me to believe she/ the company was just pushing to see how much money they could scam from me. I mean why wouldn't the sales supervisor know the correct price for express shipping? On top of being what I felt like was being taken advantage off they don't tell you that the import charges that you have to pay for are an additional $40. Did I forget to mention it was coming from China which should speak loud enough on the quality of the product. To put it into perspective, the website starts at $26.99 per jersey, it ended up costing $120 per jersey and all I got was a name on the front and back (basically the bare minimum).To top it all off they are still spamming me with emails daily. I do not recommend. Just buy from somewhere local or anywhere else really.”

The next morning, one agent responded, saying they could provide it, but I haven't heard anything since, despite sending multiple follow-up messages. I've been left waiting and talking to myself in the chat for two days without any response. While I hope to receive my order correctly and on time, I don’t plan to order from them again due to their lack of communication with customers.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The website shows that you could receive the order faster if you pay extra. Don't do it. I still have not receive my order. When you try to call the number, they say they are not available and they want you to leave a message. You send multiple emails and you get no response. The website looks nice, but I am sure some of these reviews are fake. I would not order from this company again. I needed this jersey in 7 days, and now I will have to hold off presenting this. I will just order from an American company next time. Lesson Learned”
“Horrible. Ordered custom jerseys a month before my event. Still don’t have them and it’s in three days. My tracking information hasn’t updated in a week. No idea if they will ever show up. Fansidea has just completely stopped replying. They don’t care that people need things in a timely manner. Chargeback has already been filed. Wish I read reviews before I tried them.”
