PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE ARE FAKE! I ordered my jersey Sep. 16, or was suppose to be delivered 8-10 business days, now it’s October 3rd, haven’t received anything. They don’t answer the customer service phone line, the quick chat don’t answer right away, and the emails are a day between response. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, but I have to pay a $20 restocking fee because the order had already went into production and it’s“customized”. That’s bull and bad business practice, I responded that shouldn’t have to pay for anything because if my order was under production, it would’ve been here by now. Please, don’t order from this company.

Poor business practice. They don’t provide you with a copy of what the Jersey will look like. You have no idea what the font will look like. Told them I could not read what my Jersey said . No one can!!!! Should post on website what the font will look like before sending all this money on a jersey I can’t even wear!!!!!

Jersey arrived, but it was missing letters in the middle of the name. Very poorly made, idk how no one noticed before it was shipped out. Can't get in touch with customer support. 80$ down the drain. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Man I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I saw ships in 8-10 days. 20 days later and still no shirts. I was excited to wear them for a competition, so disappointed! Never again, And I will let everyone I know to not order from you!!!!

Strongly recommend not using this company. Do not pay extra for expedited shipping. Still have not received my jersey that I ordered over 2 weeks ago that was supposed to be here in 5-7 business days.

No shirt EVER ARRIVED. I also paid for expedited shipping..site replied to my request for refund with more excuses. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them. I am filing a complaint with my bank and hopefully will get my money back.

Poor communication and not able to meet deadlines. I have requested several of times to cancel my order. I received excuses after excuses. I have asked them through email to forward my complaint over to higher management. They never did. They have poor business practice. They talk about we strive to provide excellent services. I can't tell. Never make accommodation for their customers.I will never recommend them to my friends, family or my 1.5 million followers. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau will my complaints.

Awful 7 to 9 days first delivery ??? Really .I bought 2 jerseys for a Yankees game Sunday no shirts. Your company needs to go .I told several of my friends to never order from your screwed up company .what a joke !!

I can assure you I will never place an order from fansidea again and make all my fellow athletes aware of your poor sizing and lack of customer arrive to solve the issue. Out of all the jerseys maybe one of them actually fit..a person that typically wears a 2X should not be able to comfortably wear a 5X. After numerous emails to their customer support. We had sent pictures of each jersey with a measuring tape showing they were too small according to their sizing chart. Still no help. We had high hopes of receiving quality uniforms from your company to be able to wear for our upcoming season but unfortunately that did not happen. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

We ordered our shirts for them on June 15 for a special occasion for July 14 they arrived on the 15. The website stated 8 to 10 days so we gave them a extra 10 days. It said nowhere that they were coming from overseas. We finally got them and now we can't use them. We have been in contact with them they said they would give me a partial refund the total of the shirts were over 100 dollars they refund me 11 dollars we will never be ordering from them again they will just take your money and not deliver

I ordered a Jersey on 6/6/23 for my daughter's 11th Birthday party. It's 7/9/23 and still no shirt. Per the shipping it states it was delivered on 7/7/22. All lies. I never received the shirt. Now I have to go buy another shirt for her birthday party. I'm furious. This place is a scam. I will never under any circumstances buy from them again. I'm reporting them to BBB. They need to be shut down. Big time scammers. Eff you Fansidea

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Unscrupulous sales practices on return and refund items. I submitted a request to return an unpersonalized item one day after I received it and my request was rejected.

Says 8-10 day shipping...Well I am on day 21 and have not received my jersey. This jersey isnt even custom, its a blank jersey. Will not buy from them again, terrible experience!

This is a bad business that gives customers the run around if you dare request a cancellation. They post on their website that they will cancel items but if it’s already in production a $20 stocking fee will be charged. They wasted time with three email replies in total to avoid honoring my cancellation request, even after I said I was fine with paying the $20 stocking fee, then finally had the audacity to say the item shipped so cancellation not possible. My initial email was only 2 business days after the order. Terrible way to do business! I will never shop Fansidea again.

Still no jersey Over a month yet they advertise free domestic shipping. I am so tired of companies from China acting like USA companies and stealing our money. And the cost is the same.
