“Horrible just Horrible
I placed my order December the 13th so that it would be able to be here for Christmas so by the 21st I still haven't received the tracking number or anything then I contacted them because I haven't received no shipping information or anything to reassure that my order would be here because it says 8 to 10 days which is understandable then I got rude customer service emails back and forth telling me that I cannot cancel and that they would send me tracking information when it was prepared however right now today which is December the 29th I still have not received a tracking number or my package so at this point I have to take it to the courts which is unfortunate but it's just the principle now horrible company my son did not receive his gift for Christmas and that's the worst part I am very very unhappy”

The order took over a month to get here. When we did receive the order, the jersey was wrong. On the website they were selling a blue color. They came as Jacksonville Jaguars color.
The order is wrong. They’re only offering a partial refund.
The jersey on the left is from the website. The jersey on the right is what we got.
We had planned to wear the jerseys for the entire football season.
We had to order from a different company to get the right color jerseys for our sons senior night football game.
They’re making they’re screw up my problem.”
