Ordered a plain jersey on Jun 27th and still have not received it yet. You dont ever have to worry about me again

BE AWARE!!! Would NOT order from this company. Stated in some previous reviews, if I could, I would rate FansIdea a zero star. Placed an order for four blank jerseys without any custom printing. Unfortunately, the products did not arrive for over a month's time, long after the event I purchased the jerseys for had already passed. After numerous emails back and forth regarding return policies (which is not explicit on their website), I was told, "the blank jersey is the same as the custom jersey, and it is produced after you place your order, and we cannot cancel your order except for quality issues." Keep in mind once again, these were blank jerseys in generic sizes that I could NOT return. Hope this review can help others make the right decision when purchasing jerseys from another reliable online store other than FansIdea.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order for a WNBA Game Jersey Presentation and the event has to be cancelled due to them not shipping the item out in a timely manner. Would give a zero if I could.

Order was never sent. When I asked where it was, they finally send it from a return address of "Jane, 3 Lincoln Dr, Fairfield NJ" even though the mail tracking showed it originating out of Brooklyn I believe. Very weird. Jersey didn't look the same as it did online so I asked to return it via email as suggested. They did not respond. I waited an hour on their website chat for a response, only for them to say "we'll email you." Then they say I need to send them a video. What?! Why is this so hard? And then they said that blank jerseys are considered custom even without any printing on it. Again... what?! Seems like a very illegitimate company that I will never do business with again. They lost a potentially large future order from this experience. They will not honor their advertised return policy. Should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. if they are falsely advertising and not honoring their own written policies.

It’s a scam, I pay over $100 and never received the items If you wanna save money and a headache don’t buy with this people, it looks so nice online and everything but you will never see it in person

I definitely regret not researching this company more before deciding to do business. They are slow to reply and quick to up charge.

Ordered 2 shirts. Never received. This organization is a fraud. Do not use them. Nice website. Seems to be legit. Don't buy it.

My order doesn’t look like the picture they advertised but they got it to me within two weeks so I guess that’s the only good part but definitely different than what I was expecting

DO NOT TRUST!!! Long review but PLEASE READ. I received communication from Rose through the entire inquiry process. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I was in need of custom youth jerseys for a Breast Cancer Awareness tournament. She guaranteed me that once I ordered they would send me the mock ups and upon my approval would produce them and have them to me on time. I placed the order and sent the order # to Rose as she stated so that she could oversee my order. As soon as I placed the order and sent the order # I NEVER heard from Rose again. I placed the order April 24. It is now May 2 and have not received the mock ups! I need them by May 25. I have received an email from a Kitty on occasion assuring me that everything will be finished in time yet she can't provide the mock up for me over a week post order. I told her today to cancel the order and refund it. Now I receive 5 responses. All disregarding my three requests for cancellation and the last one telling me they have been produced and are being shipped. As of 12 hours ago nothing had been done now they are miraculous produced even though I have not received the mock ups nor approved anything! Their website states 24/7 customer support which is entirely false! I tried calling and it goes straight to a generic voicemail. I then tried the chat and received one response stating I would receive a response to my questions via email within 24 hours! Now I am left scrambling to fulfill these for my entire youth soccer team and a tournament that is incredibly important to us. Please stay far away!!

Pay very close attention to 8-10 day processing time and not just the 8-10 day shipping time. So if you need the items for an event, then make sure you have at least 1 1/2 months time. These come from China!!!! Order local not here

Please....... Read these reviews, because I have gone through 4 pages and I have agreed with about 96% of these reviews. I placed an order not knowing that this company is based in China and they have to ship overseas to get to you, I was also on a timeline to get these orders in and out to my job. I usually go with another more expensive company, but I figured this one looked reputable. Not only did these Jerseys come in late, but half were undersized. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT USE AMERICAN SIZING. ALL OF MY COWORKERS WHO WEAR 2X and 3X WERE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. THE JERSEYS ALL RAN SMALL. THEY ARE MADE FOR LITTLE OR SMALLER PEOPLE. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS SO FAR OFF THAT, OUR SEASON WAS BASICALLY OVER WHEN THEY ARRIVED. GOOD LUCK AND DONT SPARE THE EXPENSE. GO AMERICAN MADE.

Really should have read reviews before ordering. I ordered 1 polo shirt! not a dozen or 100...just 1!! 10 days after the order and still nowhere to be found. Their customer service is as useless as you can imagine. All they say is it takes 8-10 business days to ship and paying extra for faster shipping wouldn't expedite the processing time. They have been saying they're on the final stages for days and no movement yet.

The customer service is horrible. They don't answer the number provided. The tracking service offered is in Chinese. My items were said to be in my town since 3/30/24 but nothing has arrived. They are defensive when you ask questions. I asked for my money back and they said someone will contact me asap. Never happened. I asked which delivery service would be holding the package...no answer. Very sketchy timeline.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with . They will not ship my order nor fill it in the time allotted and their representatives are rude and demeaning . Do NOT order from this company .

I ordered a soccer jersey for my son. Usually at other online shops a order like this takes a week to fulfill, but fansidea products are manufactured out of USA. It takes them 2 weeks just to print them and another 2 weeks to ship them. A total of one month for a small order. There is no customer service. Dont order from them.

Ordered a large and it’s a child large . The material is non stretch . Would be so so quality if right size wasn’t so weird . Was $70 at checkout and I would not pay $20 for what I got

I placed an order on Feb. 25th, I paid an additional $15 for expedited 3-5 business day shipping. Today is March 7th and I have not received my order. The order status also hasn’t been updated. The status update still says, “order received.”
