“Omg! Where do I start….. I paid/ordered a customized jacket FEBRUARY 9th 2023….
It is currently APRIL 27th of the same year as I write this and my item hasn’t even been shipped! I’ve sent countless emails, texted chatted with somebody at their company and even called the number that’s provided on the site (no one has ever answered btw) and I keep getting the same ol generic runaround responses. In the morning I’m taking this up with my credit card company I used to make the purchase to file a dispute. I’ve been very patient and I can’t take it anymore! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this site and I advise anyone reading this to purchase AT YOUR OWN RISK!”

“They lied about where they are located. They manufacture in China which means you don't see your product for almost 3 weeks???? I ordered costumes for a party and they wouldn't cancel the order when I told them FROM THE START it needed to be here by March 6th and I paid for expedited shipping for this. They only sent out the order on the 6th, and that meant it will not be here by tonight. They are a scam! They want a $20 fee to cancel an order they could have cancelled prior to production. “Ordered my jerseys on 1/7. I was told they would be made and processed for shipping in 7 to 10 days. After a month, I reached out to the company regarding my order and notified me that ‘everyone in China was on holiday for the entire month.’ Still no products have come (2/12) and the company will not process a refund. I am hoping paypal with understand my claim and refund. I paid $122.22 for four shirts that never arrived.”
“This is the worst company I have ever done business with, waited for over a month for 1 shirt to ship. Then it's sent to the incorrect address, I called usps and they confirmed it was sent to the wrong address (eventhough my invoice has the correct address). I was told no refund because it was customized 😕. Hello you didn't send it to me. Then the nerve to tell me they will just discount a future purchase ..... I will never place an order with this company again! They have 24 hrs to refund my money or I will just dispute it. I have emails confirming it was not sent to me.
What kind of company admits to a mistake then won't provide a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.

I placed my order December the 13th so that it would be able to be here for Christmas so by the 21st I still haven't received the tracking number or anything then I contacted them because I haven't received no shipping information or anything to reassure that my order would be here because it says 8 to 10 days which is understandable then I got rude customer service emails back and forth telling me that I cannot cancel and that they would send me tracking information when it was prepared however right now today which is December the 29th I still have not received a tracking number or my package so at this point I have to take it to the courts which is unfortunate but it's just the principle now horrible company my son did not receive his gift for Christmas and that's the worst part I am very very unhappy”

The order took over a month to get here. When we did receive the order, the jersey was wrong. On the website they were selling a blue color. They came as Jacksonville Jaguars color.
The order is wrong. They’re only offering a partial refund.
The jersey on the left is from the website. The jersey on the right is what we got.
We had planned to wear the jerseys for the entire football season.
We had to order from a different company to get the right color jerseys for our sons senior night football game.
They’re making they’re screw up my problem.”
