“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The website shows that you could receive the order faster if you pay extra. Don't do it. I still have not receive my order. When you try to call the number, they say they are not available and they want you to leave a message. You send multiple emails and you get no response. The website looks nice, but I am sure some of these reviews are fake. I would not order from this company again. I needed this jersey in 7 days, and now I will have to hold off presenting this. I will just order from an American company next time. Lesson Learned”
“Look and fit were great. A lot of coworkers ask where I got it. it plays the part well. Appears to be good enough quality for a casual environment. It’s as comfy as any other shirt I own. Not sure how it would hold up if actually playing baseball in it. But that’s not why I bought it, so I’m happy. Reasonable price for a customizable shirt.”
“Horrible. Ordered custom jerseys a month before my event. Still don’t have them and it’s in three days. My tracking information hasn’t updated in a week. No idea if they will ever show up. Fansidea has just completely stopped replying. They don’t care that people need things in a timely manner. Chargeback has already been filed. Wish I read reviews before I tried them.”

“This jersey is amazing. As you can see in the pictures I attached I got this jersey for myself. The quality for the price you pay is great and I don’t know anywhere else you can beat it. Definitely get the stitched version and a logo patch on the sleeve. It gives it a great personalized quality feel for only a few dollars more. It fit me pretty accurately to size. I want to order more for my softball team in the future potentially. I highly recommend this company for their great product and price!”

It took a little longer to get than I had hoped but it was worth it (it was packaged well also). “BE AWARE!!! Would NOT order from this company. Stated in some previous reviews, if I could, I would rate FansIdea a zero star. Placed an order for four blank jerseys without any custom printing. Unfortunately, the products did not arrive for over a month's time, long after the event I purchased the jerseys for had already passed. After numerous emails back and forth regarding return policies (which is not explicit on their website), I was told, "the blank jersey is the same as the custom jersey, and it is produced after you place your order, and we cannot cancel your order except for quality issues." Keep in mind once again, these were blank jerseys in generic sizes that I could NOT return. Hope this review can help others make the right decision when purchasing jerseys from another reliable online store other than FansIdea.”

“It fit! These jersey's come from Hongkong so my first concern would be that they would be too small. Not the case at all. Well made, good looking and fitting jersey's.
Recommend NOT putting these in washer/dryer. Just rinse out in a sink if you have to and hanger-dry. They arrive relatively three weeks. All in all VERY happy with the jersey.”
“Order was never sent. When I asked where it was, they finally send it from a return address of "Jane, 3 Lincoln Dr, Fairfield NJ" even though the mail tracking showed it originating out of Brooklyn I believe. Very weird. Jersey didn't look the same as it did online so I asked to return it via email as suggested. They did not respond. I waited an hour on their website chat for a response, only for them to say "we'll email you." Then they say I need to send them a video. What?! Why is this so hard? And then they said that blank jerseys are considered custom even without any printing on it. Again... what?! Seems like a very illegitimate company that I will never do business with again. They lost a potentially large future order from this experience. They will not honor their advertised return policy. Should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. if they are falsely advertising and not honoring their own written policies.”
