“Arrived in Kerikeri at the airport needing transport as the person collecting me was unable unwell. Luckily Bob was at the counter and was able to rent me a vehicle on the spot. Bob was accommodating and helpful. He was clear with instructions about returning the vehicle back to airport, which is not always open, which was extremely helpful.”

“The staff are very friendly and supportive. The car was brought to me on as an alternative to picking it up since my bus arrived Paihia after hours. The car was in a good working condition and kept clean. My booking was online, and subsequently phone conversation the day of arrival.”
