“Car was well cleaned, as described and drove well. The reason for the 3star was that the price for a 24hr hire was high and the telephone manner could be improved. However Bob who we also spoke to was helpful and rang us back.”

“The guy on the desk at Kerikeri airport was very helpful & friendly & as we walked out to the parking area I was pleased to see a new rego bright coloured car waiting for us. The excitement didn’t last long - it was an old presumably ‘Japanese import’ bone shaker that barely made it up the many hills. Yes the car was clean & in good condition but very disappointing to drive & considering the cost of it at $60 per day (plus $30 per day to reduce our insurance excess from $2500 to $250 ) we were bitterly disappointed . We will certainly look around more next time we visit the Bay of Islands - there must be better deals than this!”
