“A really (really) good experience, to be honest. Far North Rentals were extremely useful, both on the phone and in person, and both the people we dealt with directly went well beyond the call of duty - they got us a vehicle when there seemed to be none, and then were flexible when we had to shift things around after that even. Restored my faith in this sort of thing!”

“Far North Rentals went above and beyond trying to help me out when all flights were cancelled on Tuesday 10 January. The key was left in case I needed the car to drive as far as Whangarei so someone could drive to pick me up.”

“Efficient pick up arrangements. Car very satisfactory. Dropped off at Whangarei airport where I found it difficult to find the drop box. I looked carefully among the other car rental companies on the right as you look at them and couldn't see where to drop the key. It was only when the lady for ? Hertz came back that she told me where the box was. I said I had nearly put the keys in her drop box, she said it would have been ok because she would have given the keys to you. The 2 parking spots for your company were full so we left it in a Hertz spot. Minor criticisms these. As mentioned all went well with no complaints”

“Lovely customer service at the airport both at pick up and when I dropped off the vehicle. Really appreciated that Far North Rentals had cars available when other companies didn't and how quick they were to reply to and then confirm my urgent online booking. And the Navman worked better than my smartphone!”

“This was the first time we had used Far North Rentals. Our communication with the company was easy. The car was in good condition and they were very flexible with our additional day requirement (very unexpected for both of us). Good customer service overall. We would and will use them again.”
