“Far North Rentals were customer ready. Email responses were timely, and meaningful. Well done Ken had booked vehicle ready at Kerikeri, and assisted with suitcases to vehicle. Great Service indeed. Received text a day before vehicle return to inform that his worker was to meet me @ Whangarei airport. All I needed to do was to text person to state time to meet me. Car was clean. Got gold card discount @ booking. How good is that service with a smile 😊”

“Pretty good. I didnt get told or read about the drop off key box and waited in queue for awhile. Im someone who doesn't rent car very often so it wasn't on my radar. Maybe mention that the box exists for people.”

“They are very helpful and friendly. The cars were very clean, almost like new. The only problem I found was that web booking was not up to date which caused a change of plan. And, some not so nice people did not fill the tank.”

“Hi there Between my partner Sarndra and I we use your service a lot over the course of a year. I'd say 12 to 15 times between the two of us. The good - warm, friendly and very reliable service. The work ons - 1. Some kind of loyalty programme would be appreciated. 2. Sometimes the cars (not this year though) have felt at their use by date. Cheers Troy”
