“I am pleased to advise that we really enjoyed our 1st experience with Far North Rentals. We booked a car online and everything went smoothly. We were then advised that the car we chose was not available but that we could have a slightly larger one. A Toyota Corolla. It was well presented and drove well. We were made to feel welcome on arrival at Kerikeri Airport and with little fuss we were on our way including advice on where to fill up on the way back. The only disappointment was that the car wash at BP was closed so we couldn't give the car a wash before we dropped it off. I didn't ask if we should fill with 95 or 91 octane. We used 91. That would be helpful to know before driving off as I always use 95 in our vehicles. We would use Far North Rentals again should the need arise and would recommend them to others.”

“Great booking. Responsive and friendly team. gave us all the support needed to pick and drop car off and make our inward journey connections. We trav elled some miles and car was not clean when we finished. No extra charges added. Good deal.”

“Excellent service. Your company had a car immediately available, whereas other larger international rental companies, such as Hertz and Avis, could not provide any service whatsoever. Thank you Far North Rentals for being there and providing such a good service. The car was clean, relatively new and in excellent condition.”

“Due to last-minute changes to our overseas visitor’s itinerary, it was necessary, at short notice, to bring the car hire forward by a week. One phone call was all that was required to sort out the changes and our thanks go to Ken and the crew for the very prompt and efficient service. We will use Far North Rentals again. Ron & Yvonne”
