“I didnt know where to pick up on arrival so was checking my notes when the lady at Whangarei rang. It was very easy and she was super friendly and showed me to the car, gave me all the details. The car was good and got me to Waipu and got me back - it was clean and straightforward. The only feedback would be that it wouldve been great to know that there is no petrol station near the aiport so I was trying to fill up close to the airport but then had to drive all the way towards the city and struggled to find one for a bit.”

“Far North rentals was great to deal with. Quick reponse times and personalised service. Was able to reserve a car at quite short notice. I only needed the car for a day and Far North rentals were happy to accomodate that compared with other companies that demanded minimum hire age periods. Very happy and would use them again.”
