“I ordered a cured ham and shrimp the ham they sent was fresh and the shrimp looks like they had it for a year all iced over with ice in the bag they asked for pictures which I sent four times and they claim they did not get. the shrimp cost 28$ and the price difference for the ham is about 5$ . I can deal with the fresh ham but not old shrimp”

This company not only has poor quality, they do a lot of bait and switch. You really need to look closely at the ads. I ordered ham steaks and what I received was a mish mash of pork. I will never buy from them. If this is how they treat their customers imagine how they treat their animals. SHAME ON THEM! Inedible product.”

I was told to contact FedEx (did and they opened a file) I asked the company for a refund since I don't want old meat and was told that I couldn't get a refund since FedEx said it was delivered. They said they were not able to help and I was on my own to deal with FedEx. These slimeballs could learn alot from their competitors.

Ordered 7lbs of ribeye. Total weight is 6lbs 8oz . Thats an entire steak missing. On top of the fact i am pretty sure that if i were to weigh the plastic and paper label it would add up to easily another 8oz. So yea, literally go anywhere else. I eat 90% beef in my diet, and have used 6 sites and 3 stores at this point. This is the worst experience so far.”

I placed my first (and only) order with them and the first delivery attempt didn’t go well because FedEx lost my package. 2nd attempt at delivery failed again because FedEx claimed to have delivered my package on Saturday, but actually delivered it to the wrong address one flight up. When I contacted Farmfoods customer service to inquire I was told it was delivered and to contact FedEx (thanks). I spent over $300 for trash, I ordered the pork shoulder and it was more fat and bone than meat, the so called filet mignon was hard as rock(not filet mignon in my opinion) and the so called ribeye was not ribeye, hard too, not to mention the pounds and ounces they clearly stated that it was 'between that and that,'completely false, when weighed my kitchen, it was way less. I complained and was only told that I could receive a discount on my next order. I ended up throwing all the meat in the trash. Do not throw your money away with Farm Foods.”
