Ordered for xmas as a special treat-- 3 bird roast was impressive looking, but pretty poor tasting. 2 meats =good, 1= was incredibly tough. Delivery etc were fine and reliable. Not any better than my local butcher unfortunately, at a significant premium.

It was OK, a bit pricey, though paradoxically I wish I went for more expensive cuts, cheap cuts are cheaper for a reason. Good storage cool bag.

Disappointed. I bought a £6 pack of butter for a treat for Christmas in mid Dec and it arrived with a 5-day shelf life.

Good flavour but no cooking instructions and I overcooked it so it was dry.

Crristmas turkey, gravy, roast potatoes, ham and gammon. All okay, but nothing special. Definitely no 'wow factor'.

Communication and delivery good, not so impressed with the meat - pork shoulder vacuum packed and swimming in liquid, which did not suggest cut and packed to order as advertised. The rind was wrinkled and imperfectly scored. I did not think the flavour of the meat, fat or crackling markedly superior to ordinary supermarket.

Some detailed cooking/reheating guidance would be helpful

This was my second order as a Christmas present for my son who lives away. Lovely quality cuts but very disappointed that he reported that the Lorne sausage, although in date, had a layer of mould on them. He sensibly choose not to eat them. I'm undecided if I would order again.

The ordering and delivery were first class, however, I'm sorry to have to say that we were disappointed in the rolled sirloin joint we ordered for Christmas. It was tender but didn't have much taste. We have sirloin of beef every Christmas sometimes from local butchers and sometimes from supermarkets. This year we thought we would try Farmison as we were impressed by the use of small farms with the emphasis on good animal welfare.

Meet and delivery always good, would rather not have polystyrene packaging as bad for environment and takes up too much bin space and if you break it down makes so much mess - would rather sheep wool packaging for insulation. Meat always top notch, however the gratis dalpheneue potatoes were very disappointing, they looked like a ready meal, and tasted worse, potatoes has clearly been over boiled before being package, the potatoes were very bland, lacking cream and cheese - for the price charged (£9.95) it’s disgusting I could have made much much better for much much cheaper!

Expensive for our order but we were willing to pay Turkey Papiette stuffing lacked taste. Pigs in blankets tasteless. Christmas pudding tasted more like cake and not tasting like Christmas pudding. It did not ruin our Christmas but we expected a lot of taste which was missing

I love Farmison sausages but was disappointed with their sausagemeat which I felt ruined my homemade Christmas stuffing due to the texture. I would have preferred a finer or more consistent texture.

My only problem with the service provided is the courier did not knock the door and allow a reasonable period (however defined) for the knock to be answered. The meat itself -Brilliant

Rippon whole gammon vac oak blown. Joint was not really horse shoe as described and fell to pieces when gently poached, unable to carve as a joint.

First time using Farmison. Ordering and delivery process was excellent- timely, reliable and the packaging was excellent. The items ordered were good quality with the exception of the venison which when cooked had a considerable amount of gristle running through it,and the meat was tough despite being cooked carefully to instructions provided, this was disappointing as I have had better venison from Waitrose. In the whole I would order again, but I would be cautious in relation to a 'rolled' or 'pillowed' product

We normally love everything from you however the Dauphinoise potatoes had burst open on arrival. Customer service were very helpful raising a credit. The lamb burgers were disappointingly rubbery too. Sorry ! But we will keep buying :)

Do not buy the treacle cure black ham. It is NOTHING like the photo on the website. Rather, the ham I received looks just like the Wiltshire cure ham featured although I have been assured it is the product I paid (quite a lot of money) for. Next time I shall buy Christmas meat it will be from a local butcher and cost considerably less while probably tasting just as good.

Meh. Meat seems average and our turkey ballotine was 50 grams short when weighed. A bit of a rob for 16 pounds. Please do better

I had high hopes for the stuff I ordered but it didn't turn out that good. I got Lorne Sausage which was technically fine but honestly they taste like burgers which I don't enjoy with breakfast, but you live and learn I just won't get them again. The Teryaki Flank Steak was really good! 5/5 for that. Unfortunately the Hungarian Meatloaf was really disappointing. I cooked it fan oven 180 45 mins as per the guide and actually added another 15 because I didn't trust it and it still was raw in the middle after resting and cutting. Like pink wet cool raw. I returned it for another 35 minutes at 200 and then upon eating it the taste was just really meh. It's like they take the best part of sausages - the crispy skin all around them, and get rid of it haha. The best bit was the bacon wrapped around it by far. I found myself just eating half an inch around the edge of each slice with the bacon and throwing the rest away. I don't think meatloaf as a concept works... all that fancy breed pork and stuff and Asda Extra special Cumberland sausages taste 10x better.
