Thank you for the most amazing tasting 60 day aged whole sirloin,it was the talk of the dining table. Probably the best piece of beef we've ever tasted,the cockeral we bought last year was good but this was off the scale

I find it insulting that you would send me an email offering a £6 voucher to return the packaging, a merry Christmas message from your founder and you won’t even respond to my emails. Where is the meat I ordered for Christmas Day? In a DPD bin no doubt! Do not buy from Farmison, shop at your local butcher instead.

32 day aged wing rib of beef was absolutely amazing, delivered on time. Cooked as per cooking tips, best flavoured beef roasting joint I've ever eaten.

Like many other reviews missing half our order 'held at depot' etc etc. Standard email answer, no one available in customer services, then after another long wait on phone cut off! After eventually getting through was assured our missing parcel would be delivered that day. Hours later still at depot & no delivery! Eventually got through again on christmas eve after parcel still at depot despite DPD saying on link it was due to be delivered that day. Despite Farmisons ringing DPD they couldnt get DPD to deliver, so it begs the question WHY, dont you have any influence or good old fashioned clout! Now parcel expected next Wed with rotten contents. An offer a fresh parcel next week is laughable! With the obvious huge number of problems isnt it time Farmisons found a better more reliable delivery service after they must have ruined many peoples christmas. We have spent a great deal with this company and will seriously consider never using again whilst they they are using DPD. (We have had issues with non delivery from DPD before). A full refund has supposedly been made, and a promise of a phone call from CEO - but no amount of apologies will compensate for stress and upset as I am sure many others will feel, and when will DPD contact all those people they have let down to explain themselves?

Farmisons mixed up my order with someone else’s. As it was Xmas eve they couldn’t organise a same day courier to swap the orders back so I’ve ended up with a load of meats I don’t eat and had to source a last minute turkey crown from the local butcher. Customer service was very insincere - there was no empathy and instead of calling me back to let me know the resolution of the issue they just emailed me. It was quite appalling really and I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Everything from ordering to eating was excellent. I had boned, rolled leg of lamb, superb flavour and soooo tender I think I missed out on the 15% off. Was still worth every penny. Mary Prowse

It’s now 3pm Christmas Eve I ordered 2 months ago £300 worth of turkey beef wellingtons for 10 for Christmas Day lunch. Nothing has turned up it was suppose to have arrived yesterday. The lack of any contact from farmison is truly appalling. Beyond disappointed now got to trudge round the local supermarket to find something to give my 10 guests tonmorrow. Happy Christmas - won’t ever use farmison again you will blame DPD but it’s your responsibility to get out orders to us it’s your we paid our money to. You should be ashamed !!!

Used Farmison for the first time as we are expecting extra guests for Christmas and my usual organic butcher had sold out of ducks . Ordered one from Farmison which was delivered promptly on time. However, when taking the duck out of the fridge just now so I could rearrange things I notice that the USE BY DATE is the 23rd ! Safe to say I will not be ordering from Farmison again.

Order was due on the 20th Dec via DPD. Was a delay and now can't deliver at all. No response from Farmison at all, very poor.

My Christmas order never arrived neither dud the so called replacement order. Worse onlibe deluvery service ive experienced. Lots of promises but useless delivery service two consecutive orders not delivered by dpd parcel still at depot apparently. Total waste of my time and effort. Customer care very difficulty to make contact with and promises of delivery came to zero.

I order a month in advance, and 2 days before Xmas they tell me they cant give me some of the stuff I have ordered so now I got find someone to get me what I need as I am disabled and can't get out alone.

I received my leg of lamb on 22nd December. The USE BY date on the package was 24th December - i.e. a 2day USE BY date. I emailed and phoned to raise this as an issue and sent supporting photographs. To date there has been NO response to my emails and Customer Service does not pick up after 2x 25min waits, message eventually says, 'Customer Service is not available'. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Half my order was missing when delivered today. Couldn't get through to any staff so left messages. Farmison called me and promised to delive the missing item tomorrow in time for Christmas. Just seen the email confirmation. First half looks great quality!

Not impressed with the Christmas Gammon joint that arrived today. What is advertised is nothing like what was delivered. Hoping that Waitrose still have stock left!

Oh heck! Had an email yesterday saying order despatched yesterday for del scheduled for today. Tried to track " order delayed by one day due to an unknown issue". Tried calling but no one answered after 20 mins by which time when I checked tracking again the message was " your order has arrived at the local depot due for delivery today" but on the basis of these reviews I am not holding my breath. Looks like a very early trip out to the butchers in the morning which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place!!!! Not impressed at the minute........Will update as and when anything appears 🤞

Delivery was delayed by two days going over the 72 hours in transit. Tried to phone customer services got a message saying they were unavailable. So we have over ÂŁ50 worth of meat going off in the delivery depot and no one to speak to to get a refund. I think a call to the food standards agency is coming.

Christmas food due for delivery yesterday ( ordered three months ago ). Not shown up . No communication. No reply on what's app, face book of phone. If you go to trust pilot lots of people are in the same situation. Truly terrible customer service. My advice is go to Aldi.

poor communication, poor delivery, box looked like it was thrown together, second delivery held somewhere DPD for 3 days, Farmison never took ownership of their delivery co, no communication other than a email to watch holly cow?

Despite paying for a FRESH turkey, I have been sent a bird that is frozen to the core. This is misrepresentation at best - some might call it deception. I switched from COPAS this year as they slaughtered their flock early to avoid bird-flu, but at least they to,d me they were frozen. you would expect more from an alleged “butcher of the year”. I will be pursuing a partial refund as £150+ for a frozen bird is not acceptable
