“Firstly, they barely ever answers the phone. Secondly, the owner gives shockingly bad advice and is a bit of a chancer. His team is nice though especially the customer services lady who was great at dealing with mistake they made with an order however, the technical advice he gave me regarding a product was incorrect. He processed my order wrong and then tried to convince me the product he sent accidentally was in fact the correct thing to use, it was not. I will never use them again. And feel obliged to inform everyone from professionals (like me) to D.I.Y.ers to stay away!”

“I have been using a local supplier for over 22 years, practically part of the furniture, it was bought over by a national flooring distributor and I had to wait 2 weeks to be messed about, I found FastTrack Screeding online and within 10 minutes I had one of their team solving my delivery problem and getting the membrane I was looking for dispatched and delivered to me within 24 hours. “Ordered 25 bags of Ardex 23 from Fasttrack Screeding, not a material I am particularly familiar with. Spoke to a guy call Sean, made it all easy and it was delivered on site next day. Top service and I would use them again.”

“Fast, efficient service. The only company I could find offering next day delivery of Ardex DPM 1C. That was pretty important to me as I had a deadline for getting the floor repaired. Price appeared to be very good at first, but by the time delivery charges and VAT had been added, it was about average.”
