“My Order was shipped out the next day but took, (after calls to your customer service and a e-mail message) 22 days to receive the order. You claimed that the order was sitting at a processing center somewhere. You also failed to provide me with a tracking number so I could track my order. I don't know what the problem was, (maybe Covid related) but 22 days is not acceptable for a item that was in stock.”

You may refer to USPS tracking number 4205470392748927005316370000018347 for the history of the package scans. Our records also show that you received this package the day after we reshipped you another order via priority so you should have two orders. “I have mild neuropathy in my feet and my brother-in-law told me about the cream so I tried it and it definitely relieved the numbness feeling. Bought 2 jars at first and recently bought 3 more.”

“Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub is remarkable! I've tried many products for relief from leg cramps, and this Rub works within seconds to stop the pain/cramp. A product worth 5 stars--but one star subtracted due to a quantity-shipped error which was immediately corrected by Customer Service. I can't recommend enough Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub!”
