Some of these ideas/instructions don't make sense. Book is OK, but too high price for what it has.

Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub is remarkable! I've tried many products for relief from leg cramps, and this Rub works within seconds to stop the pain/cramp. A product worth 5 stars--but one star subtracted due to a quantity-shipped error which was immediately corrected by Customer Service. I can't recommend enough Frank K Wood Pain Relief Rub!

I have not yet received my order which was shipped July 16,2920. Emailed your company ...they said it was sitting in someplace and you would be sending another order.?????
