Can't pay bill online. When you call the phone number to pay you get put on hold forever.

While there were a few items of minimal interest to myself, basically I found country kichen secrets to be a re-hash of commonly known and understood healthful knowledge that has been around and in the media for decades; this is 2023 for goodness sake! I thought this may be the case when I ordered but was curious to see if there was any new different interesting think earth shattering tidbits to enlighten my already well read self. Alas not the case and have been too busy to even try to return and or ask for refund as had a building fire/temporary displacement recently so....Anyway to me this was like buying tap water in a bottle...sorry ad

I also ordered your book on technology and computers but it doesn't cover Win 10 which I have on a computer that can't be upgraded. I would appreciate it if you would send the info on Win 10 from your previous books.

Nice light scent and light feel. Not greasy. I have been using the Age-Away Cream for about 3 months now, I have not seen much difference in wrinkles yet but will continue with the cream I've purchased and hope to see some change soon.

I ordered some pain cream. Unfortunately, the 3 containers slightly leaked the paste. It wasn't that bad. I did receive a replacement after inquiring a few times. I have enough for now and may order more in the future. I'm still trying it out for a proper evaluation.

Ms. Martin, according to your USPS tracking number 9241990203331009321429, your item was returned to the sender on January 25, 2021 at 9:11 pm in RIO RANCHO, NM 87124 because the addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. We will need you to call our customer service department to give us the correct address. We can be reached at 1-800-226-8024 Mon thru Fri 9am to 5pm ET.

Package was lost and eventually found but delivered in a messy torn up state. Fortunately, the jars of cream were not broken. By rights, the $5 handling charge should have been refunded.

I was disappointed with the time that it took from the time I ordered the product until I received my order. It was around 13 days. I was expecting it sooner than that. I can't say if it was delivered on time.

Mr. Smalls, we do apologize that your order was not received as quickly as you had anticipated. Our records show that your order was placed on July 4th, a a Saturday and a holiday, and was promptly shipped from our location the very next business day on Monday, July 6th. Your USPS tracking number 4208573092748927005316200003183196 indicates your order was delivered on July 15th so the package was in transit 7 business days. The USPS website continues to publish the following: "ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED." We hope you can understand the circumstances. Thank you!

I have not read enough of the book to make a reasonable evaluation of its usefulness but I will make this comment: I am 85 years old and have tried to lead a decent life based on reason and logic tempered by empathy, which I believe I have in relative abundance. Having said that, I must admit that I resent your slipping in snippets of your religiosity. I bought your book in the hope that from it I would gain in knowledge of the technology that is so pervasive in life today. That and nothing more. I respect your choice to believe in what to me are comforting mythical delusions. I submit that that respect is not reciprocated by your presumption that I would be receptive to your not-too subtle allusions to your beliefs. If you wish to proselytize I suggest you do it through a medium more specifically appropriate and revealing of your intentions in that regard.

I didn't find this particular book very informative as I had read or heard much of those things other places. I have returned your book as of 2 days ago so I can't answer the next question except to say I didn't have a return label so I mailed it to the address I found on the card from the mailer that was sent.

For the price I expected it to be on good quality paper not the rag paper that feels rough to the touch. It’s for seniors and the print is difficult to read. I’m sure there are great ideas contained in the pages but I’m having difficulty getting to them

Hi Mr. Rasic, Our records show you have been on our auto-ship program for Frank K. Wood's Pain Relief Rub since 5/1/17. It is currently set up to automatically ship you 3 jars every 160 days. On August 19th, 2019, we received a call to schedule the next ship date for 3 jars the very next day on August 20th, 2019. That calculated your next shipment to go out on 1/27/2020. While the order that shipped out on 1/27/20 was en route, we received a stand-alone order for 3 more jars on our website on 1/31/20. Please understand that we had no way of knowing you did not want either of these shipments. Please call us at 1-800-226-8024 so we may correct this matter for you.
