I called company this morning, because still haven't received order that stated it shaped on 10/16. Customer service was unable to see record of shipping or what caused the error. This has happened a couple of times, I do appreciate the rep sending another shipment out and hopefully I receive in next week or so. Even the email re: the shipment had been removed so unable to see what it said. I really enjoy the product, helps both my husband and myself tremendously

I purchased 2 jars of age-away skin cream for my wife. For some reason both jars "stick" to your face and very much unlike the first 2 jars that we purchased. If We have an auto-ship, PLEASE DO NOT send again!

I truly felt no noticeable difference with this cream. I was so looking forward to relief from it as I read many reviews from people who loved it. That was not my experience at all, I’m sorry & disappointed to report to you.

The book I ordered has not arrived. Was told that the post office did not recognize the zip code they assigned me in July 2018. I was told to deal with the post office. Too big for me. I really would like the book I ordered, but if I can not get the book I want a total refund. I get mail six days a week with the zip code 75072.

Books are fine. However, delivery of the books to way too long. I was getting to place a phone call to FC&A Publishing to cancel the order. It took a little over 3 weeks to get the books.

Our shipping vendor experienced a critical failure three weeks ago. It took us several days to recover and to get your packages moving properly again. We are very sorry for this delay. Although this interruption was out of our hands, we were able to engage a new vendor within a week and get things back on track. Most of our delayed packages have delivered, but a few are still in transit. Please call us at 800-226-8024 if you are still experiencing difficulty and we will make it right. I haven't received it yet. And I haven't been able to track the shipment, because it changed from usps to Best Way shipping service. And there's not tracking available for Best Way.

Dear LANA KETCHEM: Your product, Frank K Wood’s Age-Away Cream, shipped 2/20/2019. We send our packed products to a Vendor that sorts the packages by Zip Code which helps deliver product quicker. The vendor had a packaging process disruption which caused a delay in your package. This has been resolved and your package is now being processed by Pitney Bowes and it is on its way. Your package should deliver within a week. Pitney Bowes had to issue a new tracking number so the one you have thru BestWay Parcel is invalid. Unfortunately, we do not have a new tracking number at this time. Thank you for your patience. I ordered one jar of Frank K Woods pain relief cream in February and I made numerous calls to see why I had not received it, finally yesterday a gentleman told me it was held up in a warehouse. Now I am wondering if it has been stored properly. The other times I called they told me all they could tell me is that it left your facility. Not very attentive customer service.
