Not happy. Haven't recieved my package yet! After 3 phone calls telling me its been on its way since the middle of feb. And now its the middle of March and still nothing!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. On 3/1/19, we identified a carrier issue and all packages that originally shipped between 2/14/19 and 2/28/19 had to be reshipped. This was completed last week by a new carrier and we trust this will not occur again. You should receive the replacement by the end of this week and a $4 coupon. Thank you for your patience. I ordered 3 books. One of the books I received was written in, making it obvious that the book was a used book. If someone returned a book, I wouldn't expect it to be resold as new! Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Yes, I have received the book Sitting Pretty with Grandma's Food Fixes, which was a nice way for False Advertising with that Title. However, there is nothing in it that I have read for many years, and would like to know 'where' do I send it back to? There was no form for that, so I assume I send it back to FC&A in Peachtree--right? I have 21 days to look at it , and I got it on Feb, 12th

The only problem that we have is that we bought a hard back book and there was no offer of paper back at 1/3 of the price until it was delivered. Made us kind of feel like we were helping get rid of the expensive hard back??????

Hi Herman, Sorry to hear that the book isn’t what you thought. I noticed that you purchased two computer books. The World’s Easiest Computer Book, has information about smartphones including mentions of the iPhone. It also goes over the Apple TV. However, if you are looking for Apple OS specifically, it doesn’t go over that. The other book you purchased was EASY iPhone, Windows 10, and Facebook for Seniors. This does have a full chapter specifically on Apple OS X along with a chapter for Windows. Much of the information written in these books are cross platform helpful tips and not specifically Apple, PC, Android, etc. All of our books have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So, if either of these books or book is not what you expected you can return them. If you have any questions about the return process please call customer service at 1-800-226-8024. Also, please let me know what you were looking for so we can include it in our next computer book.

Ordered three jars of your pain relief rub. Used the first jar without any help. Put the other two jars in cabinet and started using Absorbene Horse Liniment. It helped better than any creams I have used

Well, it wasn't a bad experience, it was no experience, except disappointment. I was so hoping that it would work. My feet were giving me a lot of pain when I ordered this product and I tried not to let myself get too strong of expectations. But it's hard not to have some expectations. Otherwise, why even buy it. I tried it on one foot first in case there were any adverse effects. So, I had no reaction to the product. Just a nice cream, sorry to say.

Very outdated. This book makes reference to Windows 7. I have Windows 10. Due to that I will return the book.
