“The flags and stands are terrific. Unfortunately the water filled weights to support the stands and flags are made from a very thin plastic that had holes in it almost immediately. I ordered four flags and got for plastic donuts that are all now in the garbage and I had to purchase new ones elsewhere. You should really redesign and offer a better solution.”

“printing on the flag from artwork they sent for review was fuzzy, and missing all of the black outlines. Colors just bled together. With the art I approved, I expected much better reproduction for the price. Couldn't really even use the flags, they were too blurry without the black.”

“Loved their service including design, but the return process (on a product that I ACCIDENTALLY orders twice from THEM), cost me over $70 dollars. I had to pay a restocking fee AND return shipping. Very disappointed in their customer service as it related to my issue.”

“Although customer service was very helpful I am not satisfied with the color of the flag. I ordered red and green the whole thing just looked very dark and it was hard to see the text.”

“Flag overall construction was great. We are on a hill with a good bit of wind. It lasted for about 8 months then the top portion of the support pushed through the end of the flag. We ended up buying a new one, let see if this one lasts longer.”

“It's a beautiful sign. But i dont have grass to put the sign in. So I had to get the base to hold it up. And I filled it with water. "Like it says to" and every time its windy it blows over. And it's a 12 foot sign so it's big. It can hurt someone walking past my business. So I'm not too happy with the base. I'm putting sand in it today. Hopefully that will work a little better. Fingers crossed”

“The flags are nice, but I do not like the new ground stake at all. Those have really been cheapened up and I was very disappointed.”
