“Great products and services. The only reason for acceptable rating is that I have been working with Emilia on designs, but I can not figure out how to order exactly what she worked up for me from this site. “There's a lot of emphasis on the available coupons for savings now but none of them applied to me, which frustrated me and has made me put off this purchase, until today as the prior flags I have purchased from you are all faded. Additionally, now we have gotten so used to the world of Amazon Prime having to pay for shipping is a negative in my view. I don't think sending a ground package from the Inland Empire to San Diego will cost the $16 you are charging me. Sorry I am just being honest.”
