“Hot dogs took 6 days to get here. Were warm and thus not safe to eat. Package included mustard but no mustard in our shipment. I emailed Feltmans and no response.”

“I honestly have never tried your dogs. I ordered 6 packages of your natural skinned dogs. They were shipped from Ohio. They were supposed to arrive in two days Fedex said they were running late and would deliver them in three. They unfortunately lied to me. They said they attempted to deliver on day three and that I wasn't home. Boy my wife and I were and we have cameras they never tried. Fedex promised to send the driver back that same day they didn't. Fedex was instructed not to deliver them on day four if they wouldn't return on day three. Fedex delivered the warm dogs on day four and promised then refused to come back to get them. I dropped the dogs off at Fedex drop of center Fedx again redelivered the dogs to my house three days later. I saw the driver down the street and chased him through two towns with the package of now obviously rotten dogs. I blocked the driver in a driveway gave him back the package and told him never to return to my property. So no I haven't tried your dogs and will never order a shipment of them again.”

“I have ordered your product twice and it took over 5 days to ship and I had to throw products away. I notified customer service with no response or refund the second time, so I gave up.”

“Order # Felt11188 Tracking number 787602777802 Thank you for the refund. The Large Burger Bundle SPK-006 was shipped Wed. May 26, 2021, from Sacramento, Ca. Fed Ex delivered the item on Tue. June 1, 2021 at 2:34 pm. The package was intact but not frozen/cold. I then refused the order. I was really looking forward to this order.”

“Waisted a hundred bucks they arrived in box small ice pack was melted and hotdogs was 78 degrees according to my temp gun I didn't know how hot they actually got before I received them so I was just afraid to try them. Mustard was good though. I order chicken All the time online it's never arrived hot so I figured this would be fine also. My dog hopes I ordered again though but I'm not.”

“My very first order ever and it was shipped in padded envelopes with no dry ice. They resent the order and it was shipped correctly, but missing item. I had to contact Feltmans several times and finally requested a refund for the short order. I don't think I will ever order again as it was such a bad experience the first time.”

“Wow were those hot dogs small, they were laughable! Also extremely salty, I couldn't eat.. I have to say the hamburgers were also very small.. Not sure how this feeds 8 people?? Really?? They were good, but nothing special, I'll get my meat at BJ's.. Way over priced, won't be back!”

“FIRST OF ALL THE FRANKS WERE A YEAR OLD ACCORDING TO THE DATE. THEY WERE COVERED WITH SOME KIND OF SLIME AND UNEATABLE. I HAD TO THROW THEM AWAY. THEY WERE IN VERY BAD SHAPE. CHARLES JOYNER”
