I just received the package and I was a little disappointed. The size of the hotdogs are smaller than the ones I had ordered a few weeks ago. Also, one package was skinless and the other was in natural casing, which are the only ones I want. The ice packs were completely melted so the contents inside were warm. I look forward to hearing back from you.

“I love the hot dogs but Feltman's customer service is terrible. I ordered 2 bundles & at first I only received 1 bundle & it was missing the 2 mustard containers, so I emailed & was told another package was on the way, I received the other package but was still missing the 2 containers of mustard, so I emailed again they offered a credit or said they would send the mustard & I asked them to send the mustard, they responded they will send it I still have not received it & I emailed again & got no response. I am still waiting & it has been over 2 weeks.”
“While tasty, the dogs aren’t very thick and get lost in a regular bun. Although most of us prefer a bun, eat these w/out, if you want to taste the flavor.”
“I am a big supporter of veteran owned businesses and I will just be honest. I should have ordered the skinless version, the taste was good but the casing was just too thick and tough for my wife and I. Also I was totally surprised by the lack of taste in the burgers. We both commented on how they had no flavor.”
