“This was my second order of the 6/1 natural casing dogs. The first batch was great, raved to everyone. This batch seems way oversmoked, more like smoked sausage, with deep orange juices instead of the usual light pink. The texture is also different, almost a heavier grind. Taste is ok, but not what I was expecting. Did you guys change sources or something?”

“Very good, very expensive. I ordered the Hamburger-hotdog package and cooked on Green Egg with Hiawian buns and they were delicious. They came in fantastic packaging that kept frozen long after I pulled out and put in freezer, very impressed. Good quality.”

“I was surprised the shipping was well done. It was still frozen. The dogs were not quite what I thought. I could not eat with the bun so I cooked it stir fry. And it tasted a lot better..”

“I love the hotdogs but I can’t recommend the ones with a casing. They tend to be too tough and a smokier flavor than the regular red hots. Stick my with skinless and you won’t be disappointed.”

“First time buyer after seeing Feltman’s on the Today Show. Used this for a Father’s Day gift for my nephew and his family. It was totally unexpected and they really loved it! My nephew called me within an hour after receiving it and told me they couldn’t wait and they were grilling up some samples before Father’s Day. Thanks to Feltman’s!”
