“I placed my 3-pack hotdog order on 02-15-22 and immediately received an email from Feltman's telling me the order had been received. The charges were posted to my credit card immediately, on the same date. After not hearing anything from Feltman's for 8-10 days after placing the order, using their message center on the website and through direct email, I attempted to contact them 3 different times, asking for an update, or current status, on my order. I did not receive a reply and I could not find a contact phone number I could use to speak with them directly.
After filing a claim and sending a message through PayPal, I quickly received a reply from Feltman's explaining the shipping delay was due to them transitioning fulfillment centers. I eventually received my order on 03/04/22.
While I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the delayed delivery time, I am amazed at how well everything was packaged.
After immediately charging my credit card and after ignoring my three requests for an update, I felt I needed help through PayPal. Finally, I can say "thank you for my delivery."”

Took the advice on the packet at face value, used the contents within three days of opening. Alas. No taste. None, whatsoever, thus the need to use the remins of my order in concert with mustard, sauerkraut, beans, etc. I appreciate the freshness and lack of chemistry. But there was no taste. None.”

“this was my first time trying/ordering these. the taste was good, but, unfortunately, they went bad too soon. the minimum amount i was allowed to order was the box of 3 packages and the last package ended up going bad, so, essentially, a waste of my money. customers shouldn't be made to have to order so many at once, if it really doesn't make sense for them/their family. honestly, i think the company should refund me back the price of that one package, but i doubt that will happen, knowing how companies are. so, if you're not going to be making all 3 packages within a month of each other, you're most likely going to waste your money.”
“I received my order a day late and with no refrigeration at all. Both ice packs in the box were warm water and quite frankly I am a little afraid to eat them. If I had know this I would not have ordered them. Going to try them this weekend and hopefully we don't get sick.”
“Believed that your products were made by you in NYS. My order shipped from somewhere in Ohio. The product label says "Made for....". Doesn't say who made it. If I want product made by an eponymous meat processing plant somewhere in the Midwest, I can get those any time of day from any supermarket at a far cheaper price without the hassle of monitoring delivery and worrying that a delay will cause product to be inedible. We have the 3 packages in our freezer and will use them. Will not reorder unless they are an extraordinary experience. Sorry”
“Your website descriptions on dogs is deceiving. I ordered BUN SIZE DOGS. I received what turned out to be 5” dogs that by your photos of your bun size dogs in the bun, I would have to cut the bun in half. Your explanation was 7” dogs were the ones. Nowhere on your website does it tell you which are 7”or 5”.
How do you label these 5” dogs as bun size?
