“Helped us get started! We have ordered a couple of times from them to make kombucha and items always came quickly, well packaged, and top quality. I highly recommend!”
“While I haven't gotten all of my ferments from Fermentaholics, the items I have gotten are excellent quality. Their prices are fair and to be honest, most fermenting products aren't really that expensive. I would much rather pay the extra dollar to get a higher quality product. Also, Fermentaholics has gone through the trouble of assembling the products that are really needed to produce good ferments, this allows me to do one-stop shopping and make sure I am getting everything I need, AND they are some of the best quality items available. Packaging and shipping have been excellent as well. I will continue to buy the vast majority of products here.”
“Got three starter kits, and diving into this. The directions and kits were comprehensive and things are going well. Shipping was on time and items arrived in good shape.”
“I bought water kefir grains. Reasonable price, clear communication, and good shipping. It's only been a few days but so far the grains seems to be properly fermenting. I would happily patronize them in the future.”
“Incredbile products and customer service, had a small issue with one of my orders and I was quickly met with a response and solution! Love Fermentaholics and will conintue ordering everything I need for kombucha and more :)”
“I am new to making Kombucha, but not to fermenting food. But still, I have questions. Everyone that I have spoken with at Fermentaholics has been SO helpful and friendly! I recommend them highly! And its nice to know that my lava lamp kombucha is doing exactly what its supossed to! Thanks for all the help!!!!”
“Starting out making kombucha and ordered the ph test strips... no shipping charge was greatly appreciated. The test strips are conveniently packaged and helpful to assure me that my ferment is good. This was my first order and I'm certain I'll be shopping Fermentaholics again.”
“I'm new to the whole kombucha thing. My daughter-in-law got me started in to it and recommended Fermentaholics after she showed me how to start a scoby. Fermentaholics not only made things easy to subsequently start a Jun Kombucha scoby but was genuinely helpful in continuing our "classic" kombucha fermentation. Their complete jun kombucha starter kit was exactly that... complete. (with the exception of water) My questions were met with real enthusiasm and yes, when you call you get to talk to a real person who genuinely cares about helping you succeed. They're also glad to help you towards crafting your own unique recipe and knowledgeable enough to do so. Knowledge and service like this is hard to find and much appreciated.”
