“I love this company. The products are top quality, the website has lots of useful information, the customer service is great, and the order process as well as timely delivery is effortless. I found a lot of items I didn't even know I needed until I was having issues with my kombucha, looked it up and found the solution at fermentaholics. Thanks”
“Good quality products and fast shipping. Where I have had any customer service issues, they were quickly resolved, which sure seems to be a rarity these days. Keep up the good work!”
“I ordered kombucha acid test strips. The order was shipped right away! I initially ordered a kombucha starter kit. The overall kit was great. It comes with instructional placards made of stiff material that I still use. Great company!”
“The easy-to-navigate Learning section brought me to the website... The reasonable pricing and quick shipping made me a (happy) customer. I purchased the Printed Gallon Kombucha Glass Jar + Muslin Cover, Rubber Band & Temperature Strip, and along with a SCOBY from a friend, had everything I needed to start my first batch!”
“I'm new to Fermentaholics and I'm happy to say that the send my items promptly with no damage and very simple easy to understand instructions. I will use them for any further orders I need.”
“Wanted to “start over” with a fresh batch of Kombucha, soooo I am so glad that I did! Straight forward directions on the back of the pouch(so much so I saved it for later reference) I ordered the cloth tea bag that seemed to hold the perfect amount of loose tea and is reusable! ALSO delivered quickly. This is my “go to” company for all things fermented. Thank-you very much!”
“I have been brewing kombucha for a couple years now. I have been thoroughly enjoying the consumption of this wonderful elixir for even longer. I had never dared getting into brewing as I didn’t have the knowledge, equipment, confidence or the time. Fortunately the wealth of knowledge and equipment, for not just kombucha, is available from Fermentaholics. Ruthie is super friendly and helpful. They have tons of equipment and knowledge that is all in one place. It makes finding the time and growing the knowledge so much easier. Thank you Fermentaholics!”
“I have ordered from Fermentaholics several times for my Kombucha supplies and they are always quick and helpful. I appreciate their guidance. There are so many sources of information for 'newbies' I decided to follow just Fermentaholics directions and I think it helped me get off to a good start.”
