“My experiences has been very positive dealing with Fermentaholics sales and customer service representatives. I had an issue with a shipment box being damaged in transit and found I was missing an item. Customer service responded quickly, less than 24 hours and had the item shipped the same day with no hassle. I also received follow up emails after placing my order and receiving my orders. Quality made products and packaging to ensure no damages during shipment. In addition, order packaging is very well done to ensure no damage during shipment. I will continue to do future business with this first class business based on my positive experiences.”
“Nicely packaged with instructions. When the USPS misplaced the package Fermentaholics hunted it down for me when all a wanted was the size of the package so I could fill out the USPS form. Was delivered promptly after sitting 150 miles away in Wichita from March 1st.to the 11th. Great people to work with.
