“I had to discontinue my Jun tea (cousin of kombucha) when I moved. I needed a new starter and found your company. Excellent shipping, vacuum sealed, and most importantly, fantastic customer service. I have called several times due to issues with me moving (like not being able to brew as fast as I initially thought). A live, intelligent person answers the phone and answers my questions. A real old fashioned good product, good service company!”
“These guys are great to work with. I ordered a set of swingtop bottles from them through Amazon. One bottle arrived broken and with one quick very friendly phone call they immediately sent a replacement bottle. I love all the info in their website as well.”
“The team at Fermentaholics is amazing. I received my order much quicker than expected and at a great price (scoby, tea and pH strips). I called with a question regarding the scoby, was given a courteous answer and was encouraged to call back with any additional questions. A great experience for a first time booch brewer!”
“I received starter kits for kombucha and was so impressed that I just ordered the jun kombucha and kefir starters along with secondary fermentation flavors. Speedy delivery and excellent quality.”
“Nothing less than delighted! I've ordered fro this company several times for kombucha, jun, and mead supplies. My orders are quick, quality, and complete. Thanks Fermentaholics!”
